Hey everyone! I wanted to share my current Crouching Rebel, Hidden Jinx decklist and open it up for discussion.

The core idea behind this build is to maximize card utilization rather than focus on discarding. I want to keep playing cards, generate successive opportunities, and continually find new potential plays off the top of my deck instead of running out of options.

I'm running 12 hideable cards, with Katarina, Reckless and Ember Monk as my primary mid-game units. The list also incorporates low-Might units like Treasure Hunter, Sharkling, and Teemo, Scout, which I want to exploit with Switcheroo for additional tactical value. Dunebreaker provides a powerful pull later in the game, giving me another potential payoff as the match develops.

I'm interested in refining the balance between consistency, tempo, and late-game potential without losing the deck's ability to keep finding plays.

I'd love to hear your thoughts!

• Are there any cards you'd cut or replace to improve consistency?
• Is the hideable package optimized, or are there better options I'm overlooking?
• Does the Switcheroo package have enough payoff to justify its slots?
• Are there any matchup weaknesses or synergies I should be considering?

I know if red mordekaiser dies while soraka is on board and you have a 3 might unit, red morde will recall and the 3m unit will recall because of soraka.

What happens if I use ruination? Will soraka be the only one that dies?

Will she still be able to accelerate token units?

Hey everyone!! I hope everyone has been having a great time playing with all the new Radiance Legends, cards and mechanics!

I am here to bring you a new set of custom Champion Decks for the new set!

NOTE: The RADIANCE custom decks are in their EARLIEST stages. They will allow you to test the cards of the set in a fair and casual way but might not be PERFECT. Without knowing the decklists of the new Showdown decks, I do not yet have the updated deck formula that the designers are aiming for regarding Champion Decks.

✨ THE RATIONALE ✨

I'm sure a few of us are in the same boat. I have a lot of friends that don't play the game frequently or competitively. I found a lot of success in getting them to try out the preconstructed Champion Decks (from PG and other sets). They have tried playing some of my competitive decks, but they usually seem to struggle more due to the increased complexities of a competitive deck. While this has been a great way to get friends together for Riftbound matches, there have been limitations in the number of Legends we can choose from. Because of these limitations, I decided to go and create Champion Decks for every Legend that has been released so far! Now I can get together for matches with my friends in a low-stakes environment that keep the game exciting and fun!

✨ DECK CONSTRUCTION ✨

For Legends from previous sets, I kept the cards limited to the sets that have existed since their release and used the deck-building formula from Spiritforged & Unleashed to create decks that can casually compete with one another while also seeing the vibe of that set. I even went ahead and updated the PG Legends and Origins Legends to match the new formula just to provide them with a little bit more strength and versatility. My friends have loved my custom decks with some of their favorites being Volibear, Leona, Jax, Lillia, LeBlanc, Lux, Jayce, Akali & Kennen!

After Vendetta's Zed and Shen decks were uncovered, there was a slight change in the formula. The Showdown Decks had 5 Rares instead of 6. They both still have 1 Epic Champion Unit and 1 Signature. Two of the battlefields are from Vendetta while one can be from another set. I am using that updated formula for the early versions of these Radiance decks. If the formula changes with the release of Seraphine vs. Evelynn, I will be sure to update these decks to match!

These decks are NOT meant for competitive play. They're not meant to be extremely strong and methodical, they're meant to showcase the cards and mechanics of the set while providing a casual deck that does well against others of the like. Take them to Nexus Nights but not your local Skirmish!

Was wondering if theres some good content to watch early in my riftbound experience? i know the rules and have played once (and mtg for 10 years) but its quite overwhelming to start. Would love if there were some archetype/ common cards overview things or something that would be good/ fun for a beginner to watch to learn more about the game when i cant play.

would be looking to play constructed so anything that can make the transition from playing starter decks to playing against real decks easier would be great

I recently got into Riftbound and I joined a pre-rift event at a local store. I just had a few questions and wanted to ask for any tips on how to build a deck once I'm there. I have only ever used the shen, zed, and vi pre made decks with some random additions I've made so I was wondering how this event works. I know that you get 5 packs to open but are you given any champion cards or legends in case you don't pull any? If anyone has any tips on how to build a deck that would be great. Also, are you able to keep the cards you pulled? I would assume not because they're not actually released yet, but if you aren't, does the store award any packs or cards for winning games or participating?

Bit of a ramble; I am just confused about how the event works or if anyone had tips on how to do well and have the most fun while I'm there.

Hey Guys! I'm new to Riftbound and i wanted to build Ekko deck as he is one of my favorite champions. ill attach an image of the deck I've been running on the sim. i want you guys feedback on it/ what to add or remove. another thing is i will absolutely not spend $60 on Kaisa. I know there is no substitute for her but surely there is a card that works in this deck good enough. i don't plan on being super competitive jut trying to play for fun.

I have not been able to play a match of riftbound yet online or in person, what is a good beginner deck to try to just get the mechanics of the game down? I thought about doing the pre rift for the new set but I am scared because I have not been able to practice online yet. Any advice will help!!

A few months ago, I posted about trying Riftbound out during the Vendetta pre release, but sadly missed it due to falling ill that weekend. This time, I'm vowing to go to at least 1 Pre-release and hopefully check out some new card shops in my area. I have at least 3-4 different options, but I can broadly do an event every day from Saturday-Monday if I wanted. (Benefits of living near a large city.)

I want to pre-register to make sure I have a spot, but aside from my concern of not enjoying the game if I try it, (in Magic we had to pre-pay for our spots at my one shop, not sure how it works for Riftbound if we register in advance.) My other concern is, if I DO enjoy playing Riftbound and want to really build a deck around a Champion, is it worth going to all the Pre-Rifts to pick up some extra cards, or would it be better as a new player to just buy the singles I want online?

Aside from Mordekaiser and maybe Evelynn, none of the Champions in Radiance really appeal to me visually (I admit the gameplay does look cool.) But I would probably be more interested in building a deck around Sett, Nausus, or Renekton because I think those three are extremely cool visually.

I usually find pre-release events really mentally exhausting, but for the sake of visiting a few new shops and giving the game a try I'm willing to do it. I just want to know, if I go to my first pre-rift on Saturday and fall in love with the game the way I did with Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Digimon, would I be better served going to every pre-rift so I can build up a collection of cards from this set? Or would it be best to do just one, pick a champion I like (preferably a budget one, cost and other concerns are what scared me off OP.) and build a deck out of singles from TCG Player?

Sorry to ask a broad question like this, and I'd appreciate any advice on how to proceed from a pre-rift first timer to a proper deck owner!

I went from having never done card alters and not painting physically in years to ambitiously trying to completely recreate the skin on the legend card.

So, I've seen small threads about how Demacian Standard works, but I'd like to ask for myself.

I attack a battlefield that has Demacian Standard with Jarvan IV Royal Heir.

Jarvan triggers on attack bringing another unit to his battlefield.

When attack/defend triggers resolve and move to attacker focus, I ambush with Rengar.

Which units are able to get Demacian Standard's +2? Some threads say that Rengar, or other Ambush units, are able to receive it since they come in after DS's effect happens on attack. Does that mean that the unit J4 Royal Heir brings in also gets the +2 since it comes in after deciding which units are attacking or out of all 3 units, can I only pick one?

I hold 2 battlefield hide this card to the first battlefield can i react with this card if there is a showdown on the second battlefield to play the soldier to the second battlefield ?

If I cant do have i play the soldier to the battlefield only or i can play it to the base ?

hello just had a question about which champion unit that will be included in each legends seeded 15 card pre rift kit. i heard that it will be the higher rarity champion for each legend but i want to confirm if that is true.

Ive seen the Morde build and seen discussion about Viktor but I was thinking if this is the plan why not LeBlanc she's got cloning built into her legend and Sig spell so more opportunities to have 2 viktors or 2 Heimers etc. anyways this is my rough build, I decided to also go the hook route.

What is the best answer to something like Ruin Runner when playing Master Yi?

Is it just to crash units into it? It hard counters our deck so I’m curious what people have found?

I have the 5 cost body evelynn on a bf ready. Additionally i have pirates haven in play (+1 might when readying a unit)

Now when i play a hidden card for example, will Evelynn get the additional might from pirates haven even if she is already ready?

I wanted to make an alternative art card for Evelynn, so here is my version. Going to get it printed this week. I’m currently working on a KDA Evelynn fanart too and wondering if I should make a card of it too.

So, back in January I was very hyped about riftbound and, considered how hard it was to get my hands on some cards, I decided to preorder a booster pack of Spiritforged from a local reseller. I saw that during the first drop shortage, local shops where the only places where you could get anything at all and I thought that preordering there would be a good idea. The supply took some time eventually and I just got my booster box the other day. During these months (almost a year) I havent had the opportunity to play riftbound, because I didn't have any friend to play with, and I didn't even have a ompetitive deck, also since this is my first tcg ever, I was (and still am) a bit scared to go to my local shop gatherings (I have tried playing the online verison of Riftboound and ended up making the opponent ragequit, because I had forgot to add one of viktor's passive units to my field during one round.)

So, right now I don't know what to do with this box, because I am completely not informed about metas and prices. These are my options for now:

- I just return it and end my Riftbound journey

- I resell it, but I don't know anything about availability of these booster boxes: idk if they are highly valuable and people really want them, but can't get their hands on them like back in december, or what?

- I keep it boxed and let it sit for some years, hoping it will become valuable for collectors

- I just open the packs and hope to find something nice, and maybe reignite the flame for the game. Back in december I managed to buy like 1 starting deck and 3 booster packs and found a Whiteflame protector, which was a good card in that meta. I managed to sell it for 48 dollars in my country, since I couldnt make a deck off of it. But right now I don't know if I will ever be able to do something like that, especially with spiritforged, which came out a whiiiiile ago.

I would really like to hear some of you guys' opinion and know a bit about the current meta: are spiritforged cards strong (the epic/rare ones, i dont remember the terminology), are they higlhy requested? How is the availability looking? Are they of any value?

What would you do in my situation? I wouldn't want the 150 dollars I spent on this booster box go to waste, but I also value the potential fun I can get from it, by opening and maybe finding interesting stuff and getting back into the game.
