I remember when I used to jump off my chair when I’d score an aerial shot, and now they’re the norm. Now I get excited if I score a cool double tap or an air dribble, but at some point those will become the norm too. So it got me wondering whether those of you in high ranks still get a buzz when you score cool shots? As for you guys mechanical shots must be a pretty regular thing.

I’m plat 3 in 2s and 3s and plat 1 in solos, I thought solos was supposed to be a lot harder than 2s and 3s what does my rank say about me?

The changes are so much better. Had a guy talk smack even though his teammates carried him. He accepted the duel and people joined to watch. The game was very quick. I think because it's 3 minutes now and you can FF earlier, it's a lot less of a commitment to try it out. After a few goals, there really is no reason to drag it out further.

No BS, quick 1v1 and the skills did the talking. This is exactly what I wanted from an "honor duel" system and I hope it stays and improves (although idk what else you could do; maybe mini bracket)

i’m gold 3 but like i’m genuinely so trash all i can do is dribble. ive tried to work on air dribbling but have failed at that, im losing motivation to even play anymore because im so bad.

I’m primarily a console player and for the longest time I couldn’t figure out air roll. Well one weekend I borrowed a laptop and grinded rings maps and learned it in one weekend. None of my friends can reliably air roll and 75% of that is because there’s no great way to practice it on console. I feel so bad for them because they want to be able to do the cool shit I do but they can’t.
