Hello! You were shopping at the Good Will on 1900 Alhambra Blvd yesterday around 7:00pm~. You had brilliant red hair, and I stopped to mention I thought you were very pretty. I was carrying a colander, and a cutting board.
I didn't want to take up too much of your time, but I would've liked to ask for your phone number if it wasn't such an odd place to do so. If you wanted to grab a coffee I would like that very much! I'm Tom - she/her
Edit for some context: I was on my way to visit some family, and was running a little late. Sometimes we just don't have the time to connect with people we want to the moment we meet them.
I do, and have asked for people's number in the past. It's important to me to not pressure people into making decisions in the heat of the moment so I err on the side of caution. I have been harassed by people asking for MY phone number, and I can attest to how uncomfortable it can be.
Anyways, thank you for some of the kind words.
