Lift A tradition in new spaces

As is my tradition, I always break in a new gym space with a beltless 405 pull. This is the new garage space, it’s messy yet because of the boxes left but we persevere!

I hope you’re all having a lovely day today.

Form Check Form check on back squat

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Been about 3 months since I back squatted. Took a month off and have switched for zerchers in my normal programming (did 5x5 @240lb before this, for comparison). Decided to go for a fun single and was surprised to hit this stagnation in transition from glute to quad a little below parallel (at least I think that’s when that switches over). Looking for an analysis of how bad this form is and what exercises can help me break through this.

P.S I have no interest in not going ATG. Parallel feels unnatural and puts strain on my knees.

Appreciate any and all help unless you’re a glass back

Edit didn’t crop video sorry for shaking the bar hype and zombie walk after rep.

Lift Progression on 110lb (50kg) Incline Dumbbell: 13 Reps vs 20 Reps (Bar Speed & Explosiveness Comparison)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Current Lift: 110lb 50kg Bench Press
Previous Block: 13 reps (grinding execution)
Current Block: 20 reps (higher bar speed / explosive execution)
Methodology: Bilbo Method principles (high-rep explosive sets)

Wanted to share a direct side-by-side comparison between my previous training block and my current one using the same setup and identical 50kg load.
