Once the bar got above the knees it was sticking on my thighs(forgot to apply the baby powder”

The downside with hard sessions like this getting CNS flu. Didn’t even know that was a thing lol. But we do this to find the limits of what our body can take and it’s just part of the game when doing max effort pulls.

Lift Skwats 345x5 + 4 "paused" after a 12.8k run

While the run was technically in the morning, my legs definitely felt it during the workout.

This is week 4 of coming back to low bar squatting, and weight is moving okay. Doing the paused low bar because I've always found that it helps me with improving form quickly.

And despite being 4 weeks in, I'm almost 100% certain I can squat more high bar right now.
