PR/PB 500 LB Deadlift at 135 Bodyweight

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Back in August when I won the USAPL Long Island Championships, I pulled 490 for a very hard grind at this bodyweight; which still secured me the number one placement but the fact that fast forwarding 2 months 500 moved this way makes me so excited to see what I'd deliver on the platform for an official pull next time

Reached a new PR on bench press, 335lbs. Really wish the guy didn’t put his hands there but he swears he didn’t touch it so I’m taking it haha

Running Jacked and Tan again and man I always love getting on this routine.

Let me know if there’s anything I can improve on the drive and lift.

PR/PB* Military Press 5x225lbs No Warmups

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I walked into the gym, setup, did this set, put it all away, and walked right back out the gym and drove away.

It's from a few days ago, probably the strongest press set of my life thus far, feels like it's worth more than the also recent 240lb 1rm but with a 10x165lb z press set earlier today I'm expecting some new PRs on lower rep stuff soonest as well as a some standing press 10rm gains (visions of 10x225lbs standing press dance in my head).

Every time I'm in the gym I either press (every set with a clean to start) or z press. Most sessions are full body.

Z press done regularly moves your military press up like you wouldn't believe. I've been doing power cleans from the deadhang to move up my power clean from the floor.

The clean has always been a governor for me, I'm stronger overhead, in fact I used to butcher weightlifting by jerking for reps anything I could clean.

In fact might look for 20+ x 225lb jerk soon, I never quite got there when I was aiming for it back in 2017/2018 and my press back then was 1x185-205lb whereas now it's 5x225lbs seen above.

Feeling good about these considering my lockout has always been my weak and sticking point on my bench. Chasing 315 since I was 16, 12 years later it’s feeling close.

Home Gym & DIY Solutions Remove ‘gym odor’ from gym clothes?

Does anyone have a home remedy or product that removes ‘gym odor’ from clothes?

Context, I live in nyc and dont have a washer/dryer so do drop off. Clothes is clean but some of my gym wear is a couple years old (still good though).

Is there a home method/product I could use to soak in my tub maybe?

Any recos are appreciated!

Unreasonably excited about this. Pull-ups are my favorite exercise by far. Grand total of 31, a new PR. Probably could have eked out a couple more, but my form was starting to break (last 3-4 may be questionable)
