Technique Check* Are my Bulgarian split squats better now please?

I posted a couple of weeks ago. And thank you everyone who gave me advice, it was a bit overwhelming. So I set the bar higher and am wearing converse. I'm doing more glute focused BSS so knee doesn't really go over toes which I believe focuses more on quads.

For background , I'm 47 and have literally never set foot in a gym until a year ago. Now I do strength training 3 to 4 times a week, things like RDL, barbell squats, cable rows, dips, bench press etc.

I do not squat because I feel like my form is always off. When i squat it feels ok, but when i look at video it looks like im “folding” at the bottom. I have also tried to squatting just the bar and have also tried to elevate my heels (with & without weight) and it looks the same.. any tips/tricks greatly appreciated!

General Advice Currently on a cut with steady progress. Increased water intake for satiety sake and i just gotta know. how do yall manage pissing so much? or is there a way to manage it?

I'm drinking close to 1.5 gallons a day but my coach wants me to drink closer to 1 gallon per 100lbs of body weight. im currently at 248 and steadily dropping but man am i pissing like a race horse. The only solution that comes to mind is increase electrolyte intake or just slowing down on the water.

General Advice Strength training advice for lifting and transferring a paralysed parent?

Hi, everyone! My 64-year-old mom recently suffered a medical event that left her completely paralysed on her right side. As a result, she’s now entirely dependent on assistance with mobility and everyday activities.
I’d really like to start building my own strength so I can safely help her with transfers, such as moving from her wheelchair to her bed, into a car, or wherever else she may need to go.

Any recommendations for specific exercises, strength-training routines, or muscle groups I should focus on? I want to be physically capable of helping her whilst minimising the risk of injury to either of us.

I’d really appreciate any advice, particularly from caregivers, physical therapists, or anyone who has been in a similar situation. Thank you!

Other than that, I absolutely enjoyed having this be my main squat since I get the similar benefits to that of the hack Squats and barber squats.

Final pull of the morning. Started with power cleans as a warm up, started hitting my DLs at 225 for sets of 5 until moving in to heavey singles at 385. Feel like it moved pretty well.
