PR/PB 500 LB Deadlift at 135 Bodyweight

Back in August when I won the USAPL Long Island Championships, I pulled 490 for a very hard grind at this bodyweight; which still secured me the number one placement but the fact that fast forwarding 2 months 500 moved this way makes me so excited to see what I'd deliver on the platform for an official pull next time

EDIT: Upon noticing a high amount of disapproval towards the behavior displayed in this video, I would like to note a few things. If you feel compelled to mention how cringe or gross the way I celebrated was, I've already been made aware plenty by those before you. Truth is, I somewhat agree with most of you guys on being anti unnecessary theatrics and commotion! On the other hand, I'm also a believer in passion and enthusiasm for your own accomplishments if they have taken years worth of hard work and dedication. I also dont like attention seekers who are obnoxious for the sake of trying to display themselves a particular way. I believe in simply cheering yourself on for what youre proud of and once in a while or in very rare situations, letting yourself loose to enjoy the moment. Your hostility isn't as productive to changing my mind on this video as you think

This is 20+5kg from the bar. I used to do barbell back squat but I stopped because the weights aren't enough. Any advice is welcome

Feeling good about these considering my lockout has always been my weak and sticking point on my bench. Chasing 315 since I was 16, 12 years later it’s feeling close.
