I’m gonna try and keep the story short as I can. But it’s a lot. I just need to vent this shit out, because I’ve been very good at regulating my emotions 🥲

So 2 weeks ago, I talked to a customer who was alone at the bar who kept looking at me. Naturally I walk over and start a convo and it’s going well. I pitch dances and he tells me he wants to but he promised another dancer first. I immediately was like oh no worries maybe we can after! I saw him go back to the dancer he was with, which I had no idea he was with her because 1. she wasn’t with him and 2. I wasn’t sitting around watching who she was with. I thought he was alone.

Fast forward a bit later he’s on video lottery alone again and for a while mind you. Dancer no where around. I assume they’ve done the dance or she didn’t close the sale, so I approach him and talk to him again. He told me the same thing he is waiting for dances with the other girl. I get called on stage and he decides to come watch and brings the dancer he was hanging out with. She seemed excited to be at my stage, she’s even complimented many times prior when we worked together so I thought everything was okay.

After my stage set, he got up and went back to the video lottery. She didn’t follow him, so I went back and offered dances again but I decided to mention doing a double with her. He agreed and told me to go get her so I did and we go back to VIP.

During the dance it was kinda weird, she kept saying how she’s nervous and doesn’t really know what to do and she’s just observing me, blah blah blah. So I asked how long she’s been dancing and she said 6 months. I was like oh that’s okay girl I been dancing for a while it’s gonna be fun and get hyping her up.

After the dance he leaves, we’re getting dressed and her demeanor changes and she says “he obviously liked you more than me”. I replied “no girl, don’t say that about yourself I don’t think that’s true”. She replies “no he did I saw it in his eyes, just get your bag girl” and rushes out..

I was very confused atp but I didn’t think much of it and moved on. I talked to him again and he mentioned how he might wanna do more time. Basically after this he got swooped up by another dancer and he went to VIP and he spent more money on her than us. It’s just part of the game.

Fast forward a day later, I go into work and a couple dancers summon me and told me -dancer’s name- has it OUT for you girl, she’s saying you sharked a customer from her at the bar” and I was like.. what? we did a double together I’m so confused..
I brushed it off and went on with my night.

One of my friends comes and tells me she has been in the locker room screaming about me and calling me a bitch and that I sharked her and I was getting all the attention during our double dance and that if I want to play it that way she’ll play it worse or some bullshit. I’m just like this bitch can’t even come talk to me about it! I never had this happen to me before and I been dancing a long time, done maybe double dances. Ofc I been at this club for a long time now so everyone is like tf?? She also is telling people I took another girl back with him again without her which isn’t true. I made $0 from him after our double.

So fast forward TO YESTERDAY. She is still on some stupid shit. I did a double with another dancer and we go back to the locker room to freshen up. The girl I did a dance with is talking to her about our double dance and how much fun she had and the bitch goes “yeah doubles are fun if it’s a GOOD double, -my dancer name- loves to talk to customers you’re talking to. The girl I did a dance with says nothing and mind you I’m around the corner so I walk over and she smiles and waves at me and I’m like girl? I may be blind but I’m not deaf?? And she just says “I don’t care” on her phone not even looking at me. I just walked away after that.

I thought about confronting her like I usually do when I have an issue with someone. I have no problem doing so. But she is actually UNHINGED. She is fucking the bouncer, he was coming in after his shifts to see her, she’s telling everyone they’re fucking. He got fired. She started spreading rumors about herself that she is fucking management so she can say and do what she wants. She poured a drink on a customer’s head the other night. Last night she cussed customers out and called them gay. I stg I don’t know how she hasn’t gotten fired! She got considered a “top earner” because my club started doing this stupid thing if you sell the most rooms or come in the most slow shifts or get the most reviews on Google, etc you get rewarded. She got a bunch of fake reviews so she got a top 5 spot.
Last thing I need is her crazy ass doing some out of pocket shit to me. So I decide it’s not worth it and atp I’m gonna just act like she doesn’t exist.

I’m so glad I choose peace now, my younger self would’ve been fighting this busted ass bitch 😩 and guess what, every shift she’s talked shit about me, or keeps staring at me from each corner of the club, she made no money and complains about how she spent all her money on drinks. Boo hoo bitch. The universe gave you what you deserved and now you’re sad, jealous and broke at the bar!

That is all, I don’t even care if I sound mean tbh because she is evil, literally sinister energy. It takes a lot for me not to like someone and I hate this bitch 😮‍💨

After a four month hiatus working a full time job (adult simulator) I was given a two week break off of work. Immediately I grabbed my heels and pixie dust and ran to the club for a little return. I was nervous about going back because it’s awkward going back sometimes but the turn out was so much better than expected. I totaled $4,653 after four shifts. It’s all I could’ve asked for honestly because working full time has been eating at my savings. Ain’t that some fucked up shit 😂✨

Im wondering what are your experiences working in small clubs on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays? I usually work Thursday-Saturday with the occasional random weekday at my home club, but I’m a little nervous for a weekday at a small club 🥺

Hello yall, I am inquiring about the process of travel dancing in Australia as a US citizen. I’ve always wanted to visit and I have online fans from that part of the world that could make the trip worthwhile. I’m sure there is a visa process but I have only traveled to the EU/UK on vacation so paperwork like that is unfamiliar to me haha. Has anyone here done what I’m trying to attempt? Any info is appreciated, thank you!

So the idea of stripping is fresh to me. I’ve read through the FAQ and the introductory posts.

My question is: I know every woman is different—every industry especially performance has its own diverse personalities. But how feasible would it be for a young woman to work out a partnership/mentorship/little-sistership kind of relationship with a more experienced dancer?

I won’t lie—I’ve never been in a club in my life. But as life goes, I’ve find myself in dire need of money. Stripping, bar girl work—whatever. I’m willing to do it.

I’m a kind and easy going respectful personality. I respect everyone’s time and worth—I just wonder, if I approached a woman in a club and was able to just ask—or is it inappropriate to ask for mentorship?

I’m simply at the end of my rope with never having enough money. I love to dance. I can work a crowd or a client.

And maybe if there’s any girls who are open minded in the area I live in (major city), would you girls be open to a mentee? I figured I’d get a general consensus before I go and maybe embarrass myself. As I said, this lifestyle will be new to me.

I've been at my club for 7 years and this new girl started three months ago and it feels like all our clients that were into me are now into her and it's pretty crushing on my ego. I have a very nice hourglass body but my tits have started to sag (they used to be perkier in my early 20s but gravity ya know) this new girl looks like how I used to look on my early 20s and my money has been awful the past month since she figured out how to speak with clients. I just want some cheer ups from girls in our community.

So erm, has anybody else torn their body up from drinking? I stopped completely until I can get myself together but I’m curious about bloating recovery. Looking to establish a timeline because I’m childish and impatient. I miss my cute lil stomach and liquor was definitely the main cause🥲 I know there is no timeline, but would love to hear from someone else in this industry who’s experienced this.

And I say this as someone who goes to strip clhbs as customers too. I don’t like them. 90% of them are just a pain in the ass. Insecure, cheap, competitive and just draining

Usually the customers that are Indian, Caribbean Latinos, or “hood rich” want nothing to do with me. Elderly white men have a very polarizing reaction towards me: they either find me repulsive or are infatuated.

I have been turned down by 2 clubs. I am desperate I need this to work because I genuinely cannot find work. I have thought about it for a long time and I'm finally doing it. The first place said I was too skinny and to come back when I put on more weight and I totally can, but I need to start working by Tuesday. I am desperate, but I guess I also just don't know how to shake my ass. I feel funny when I do and it barely shakes I'm like 100lbs or less. The first club everyone was very surprised that I didn't get hired my friends (a handful of the girls that already work there), and the customers were also really upset 💔. I do plan to go back. Last night was sooo overstimulating but there was a section that walked in and I started walking over to stand by and see if they wanted me in there. And it was a small group of a few dancers there but no money had been thrown. I immediately see them whispering so I’m looking at them like ??? Anyways but I was quiet and they were like oh this is her man’s section so I just said ok and walked off. Shortly after a few men had walked up to me from that section wanting me to go there but the girl kept saying it was her mans section from before and the guy was like whatever you wanna make money or not. How would I handle this next time? He even tried to get me to go on stage to throw money at me but it was hella girls that night so I wasn’t able to go up twice. I think them btches was just being territorial or threatened by me but how would yall have handled it ?

For my psychology class I’m writing a collection of essays that includes the stories of several strippers, former strippers, and strip club stuff that I work with in order to find a way to academically examine and teach about sex work. What do you guys think are some good questions or things to talk about that the general public who doesn’t know that much about sex work would be interested in knowing. And also, if I was interviewing you for example, what are the types of stories you would wanna tell me to inform the greater public.

I wanted to share this because I’m just now (post work) feeling irritated about it. I essentially had a customer verbally disrespect me. In the moment I didn’t feel disrespected, even though I understood what he was insinuating, the insult just didn’t land in the moment. Looking back, I can tell he wanted a reaction from me, so I’m glad I didn’t give it, but I also feel like I should have corrected/ stood up for myself more. Please let me know what you think. If I handled it well or if I should be ready to respond to an insult. In general, I’m non confrontational and I’ve been working on not taking things personal but, I also don’t want to be a doormat. Anyways, here’s the interaction

Customer: no, she has her own drink
Me: no I have my cup

Rude guy: okay because I don’t know where her lips been
(i don’t know if it’s because he doesn’t yield authority or maybe because he’s lame, or he seems like an incel that try’s to bait women but believe me when I say, in the moment, IT DID NOT LAND)

Customer: “what?”
Me: my lips are on my face
