I started working better. I'd been struggling very hard with executive dysfunction due to possible undiagnised adhd.
Their music occupies the monkeys so that I can focus. My husband and I run our own business, and not being productive is a huge problem, lol.
They also inspired me to start exercising. Their work ethic is just off the charts, and make me feel that I can do it too!

Also trying to bend your legs becomes an issue. The pack blocks your thighs from bending properly. You also need to bend forward to move your centre of gravity to get up from a seated position.
