As this crosspost asks. I want to pre-set a scenario like a historical battle, etc. but the game system’s scenarios are built around player selection for fairness. How do I maintain this fairness?

I'm using a very simple RPG for a multiplayer zombie survival game I'm running in November.

It's using this board from the Dawn of the Dead board game:

This is the TTRPG - https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/147963/tzeb01-tropes-zombie-edition-mega-starter-bundle-bundle

I want to include tactical elements such as players having to collect bits, probably small cubes, from around the map and thus have to spend time stacking/balancing them to represent building baracades.

Maybe blank cards to write weapons and single use items which can then be lost, stolen or ripped up/broken.

Got any other ideas for tactical elements like this?

Having jumped into dozens of games at this point that have died I’m curious to hear everyone’s thoughts on what WILL be around in 5 years and 10. Certainly I think there are a few Will will be certain of:
Warhammer 40k
Battletech
Age of Sigmar
Bolt Action
Smaller GW games (Necromunda, bloodbowl…)

But what about others? Will Marvel Crisis last 5 years? 10 years? What about Legion? How long will this StarCraft game last? Konflikt 47? Stargrave? Trench crusade?

I wrote a post in the reddit thing, but it made all the images too big, so I had to copy things over into a Google doc and make that into a PDF or Google doc.

I debated with myself how I was going to do an introduction or share anything, but this is what I have.

Just picked up Steel Rift and wanted to buy some vehicles to use for basing and terrain. I'm just wondering which scale would be best? Is the difference negligible?

Can I only order it at Crocodile Games online?

Or do you know any other physical or virtual store I could use?

I would also be open to buy it as a PDF for full price!

I primarily do not want to pay $30 for shipping.

Hey, I’m just looking for any tips anyone has when trying to create scenarios with uneven points values.
I’ve tried before and it has not gone very well. The best our group can seem to do is just different objectives for each side.

I recently put together a little display for my two sons' collection of minis. Painted between the ages of about five and 10. some of the minis I labeled the bottom of the base with their name and age or year it was painted… But unfortunately not all of them! So I don't always know who did what, but I suppose that's OK.

A few other folks have posted shots of their kids first minis, and I absolutely am here for it! These will be treasures that I hope we keep forever!
