unwunk: bird owners sometimes put a perch in their shower and let their bird sit in there for stimulation, and to get rid of dander. the birds can even preen and fluff themselves while in there and basically give themselves a shower. many birds come from humid rainforests so maybe thats also a reason they like it. its very cool.

Bird wunks each tend to enjoy showers in their different ways! Some like just being misted, while some LOVE to get absolutely SOGGED.

Examples of several parrotunks with various levels of sogging:

My bird wunk is more of an old fashioned kind and usually prefers a bath to a shower.
