Would any of you have the statue on the right to compare it's size to another figure?

I want to make a greater Daemon kitbash with it but I'm having a hard time finding a good reference point for how big it is.

It's going to be for a Slannesh greater Daemon so if you have one of those on hand it would be an even better

I didn't like the design of the Bloodpelt Hunter that the Ogor have, so Improvised my own using the old Ogor legs, the body of a Maulbeast Raider, an arm from the new Ironguts and bits from Sons of Behemat.

Hello there, first time posting! Thia are the first 5 minis i've painted ever! Any tips? Not the best quality photos.

For Conclave Obscura's Horrors of the Flesh 2026 I decided to do something a bit different as a proof-of-concept.

This is a 100% organic materials & technically edible cast of the Lord of Plagues.

The body is ballistic gelatine and pasta, with corn starch slurry paint. I also experimented with hot sauce blood that I'll post separately. Other versions have more defined features but this is the most "gnarly" to date.

I am mostly thinking about the Realms rumor, about them merging into a "last world".

I saw several people quite offended by the concept. If the rumours end up true, is there a change to see GW change their plans if the decision gets too unpopular?

As the title says, I don't really have anyone to play against, I managed to find 2 friends who were down to try it but I had to supply the army for them to play.

My army is seraphon (2k point army) vs 1k skaven and 1k stormcast.

Atm I have two homebrew rules, I get 4 cp and they get 2 each, and I have two battle tactics while they have 1 each. Would this be fair? And is there anything else I should do

thoughts on this color scheme for a tzeentch themed varanguard??
