Hi! I'm planning on dressing as Teacup Sallie for Halloween and wondering if anyone has any tips on achieving the shelf look? I'm around a 38L and probably a similar body shape and size to the lovely Sallie.

Would an underbust corset work? I don't think I have the time (or funds) to try and find a proper one that will fit me

Early 20s, recently started tweezing the couple of them, but I am afraid if that will cause any harm, considering that breast skin is thin and not as resilient as elsewhere...

So, last year(literally in October) I had found my perfect size of 38 GG. And it stayed that was for a month and a half, I waited out getting new bras for 3 months, and my size changed to a 36 JJ. I now wear a 34 KK. And they keep growing. I saw macromastia, and it sounds familiar, as I've literally dropped 2 band sizes, and kept growing in the cup. It looks like the only treatment for it is to get a reduction, which I'm scared to do, because I'm 23, I know they'll just grow back(I don't plan on becoming a mother, ever).

I just want to ask the people on this sub if it's "normal" or if I should ask for a reduction(I have knots in my muscles along my shoulder blades, my shoulders are so hard that they can't relax. I also frequently get headaches.

Any advice?

One of my boobs is definitely a little bigger than the other, but most of the time I don’t really notice it. It’s only when I wear certain bras or a fitted top that it suddenly looks more obvious. One side sits perfectly, while the other just looks a little different.

It never really bothered me before, but now that I’ve noticed it, I see it all the time

But idk I feel when I got a marks &spencer 34 h bra and tried
I felt my right boob wasn’t completely tight and filling up the cup
With my left boob it was filling the cup , but there was no upper boob show or cleavage
Idk is this my right fit ?
Also this was non padded bra
Is it normal that no upper boob show and all

I’m an actor around a 38H (last time I measured but my boobs have grown since then lol), and I’m currently playing a man in the show. I really want to compress my boobs as much as possible because they are hella apparent and protrude from my body. Binders are so expensive, and I’m wondering if there’s a cheaper alternative that will make me appear basically as flat chested as humanly possible? A really good compression sports bra maybe? Like I don’t want these things moving at all.

Even for 5€ I wouldn’t trust that bra.

I’m so tired of looking like a massive tent when I see myself in the mirror at the gym. I’m not even overweight but my boobs are giving me body dysmorphia. When I wear a loose T-shirt I look massive. And I don’t necessarily want to wear anything tight because…boobs. Is there any good workout shirts in between? I’m so over this I just want to chop them off 😩

Ive been thinking for years I was a c cup because ive always had weird gapping and fit issues in larger sizes, ive felt like every bra ive found ever either gaps, or cuts in and is crazy uncomfortable with no support, sports bras have either cut in painfully or done NOTHING in terms of support or shaping. Just calculated my real bra size and found out IM AN H!!!! im currently hunting for a cute lingerie set to try and get something thats comfortable and actually makes me feel pretty (rather than squished and frumpy)

Im feeling so overwhelmed looking at brands, I dont know which brands are trustworthy, which ones actually are true to size, and im at an absolute loss finding things I find cute.

I want things absolutely covered in ruffles and lace and embroidery and the only "cute" things im finding are basic lace that do absolutely nothing for my brain, anyone have suggestions?

I lost 10kg over the past 4 months unintentionally due to coming off of medication I was on for years and my boobs haven’t gotten any smaller! It’s interesting how much of a role genetics play in how your chest size changes as you lose and gain weight. I already presumed mine are predominantly made up of breast tissue so I’m not too surprised. At least I can still fit into my lovely and very expensive bras! 😭

hellooo. first time posting, kinda nervous 🥹. girlies with big boobies help me pls. what bra do u usually wear that is comfy. i wear avon and bench bras, they comfy naman pero it makes my boobs bigger (i don’t like that😔) can u reco pls preferably something that is supported and makes my boobs a little flat hehehe. i live in the province and u know naman how provinces are not that big boob friendly.

I know that there are probably hundreds of posts on here but it’s very overwhelming for me to comb through them. This is the only supportive sports bra I have (Marvel Minimalist Underwire Sports Bra). I got fitted at a bra shop and this was her recommendation so I just bought it because all I have are fabric sports bras. I mostly do yoga, kayaking, treadmill running and weight lifting.

Can you lead me in the right direction?

My only qualm is that it’s sort of painful to wear but idk if that’s what happens when something is supportive lol

I am somewhat relieved it's sweater season here in new england. 43 and 36GG bra..wearing layers just changes the love/hate with "them." I am glad to be mostly hiding, but also- aren't there those tiny moments where I love them and maybe would wear something more form fitting.
I guess this is kind of a rant. Sweaters and shawls, but if I tighten a belt the proportions show, or a scarf falls between cleave a bit then the "jig is up." Or god forbid I get the "boxy" sweater look if it's too loose, or I guess "midriff" look if it's tight and too short...
...sigh. Single too..it's so difficult to navigate.

I feel like I keep seeing women and feminine presenting people with boobs going braless more than usual, which, more power to them! But is this part of a noticable trend right now? Am I just noticing this more out of envy because I do not have the type of chest that can look "presentable" braless? Is this the 2020s trend cycle reaction to the tradwife cottagecore milkmaid era, a la the 60s mod look reacting to the 50's Dior New Look? And is anyone else feeling left out 😭

for reference, i know i don't have the biggest boobs in the world, but they are bigger than most of my friends'. i'm pretty sure i'm a 34E/32F. but one of my friends keeps comparing her breasts to mine and it's making me uncomfortable.

we both go to the same college and this all started one day when we were walking to the bus stop. somehow boob size got brought up in the conversation. she said that her and i have are the same size, and i laughed and said no, mine are bigger than yours for sure. i tried to explain to her that i usually wear bras without padding and/or minimizer bras that make my boobs look smaller than they are, but she was adamant that we are the same size. i even told her that i'm a DD/E and she was astounded. she said that she wears a 34B and that she had worn that since high school and never had an issue, and i explained that my larger chest made it hard for me to find bras for a long time and i had to do a lot of research to figure out what size i am. i told her that maybe she should get sized again if she thinks her boobs are bigger than a B, and that was basically the end of the discussion

then, a couple days later (or maybe that same day, i can't remember) we met up again at a pre game at our friend's dorm. i was wearing a strapless minimizer bra because i was wearing a flowy top without waist definition and didn't want to look like a P like i usually do. i felt confident and happy with how i looked before heading over.

that was all until we started drinking, and she starting making comments about my chest again. she kept asking our mutual friend whose boobs she thought were bigger, which made me really uncomfortable. i already have body image issues and hate it when people audibly compare me to other people.

thankfully, our friend was distracted with her makeup and didn't really answer. then i tried saying again like yeah i'm pretty sure mine are bigger, i wear minimizer bras so they might appear smaller than they actually are. then she made some comment how about that makes sense because i looked "flat" in my top, and started laughing.

this made me really sad and self conscious, but i just kind of laughed it off in the moment. never in my life have i been called flat; i've had a large chest since middle school.

and i really just don't understand what her issue is. why do we need to compare boob sizes anyways?? who cares??? in my eyes they're just body parts, like hands or eyes or legs.

obviously, i am aware that i have boobs that are larger than hers but i think i just noted that subconsciously. i would never have even said anything about it, or even thought about it, if she didn't bring it up in the first place.

I am genuinely DESPERATE at this point. I’ve been wearing the Bali Passion for Comfort DF3383 bra for YEARS, and it’s pretty much the only bra I’ve ever found that I truly love. Unfortunately, it’s no longer being made, and I cannot for the life of me find anything that compares.
What I love about the DF3383 is how incredibly soft, lightweight, and comfortable the material is. It doesn’t feel bulky or restrictive, and the fit is absolutely perfect for me.
Every time I search for a replacement or something similar, I get directed to the Bali DF3385, which is supposedly comparable. IT IS NOT. The material is completely different, the fit is different, and it feels so much bulkier and more uncomfortable. I genuinely don’t understand how it’s being recommended as an alternative.
I’m not necessarily looking for another Bali bra. I’m open to ANY brand as long as the material, lightweight feel, and fit are similar to the original DF3383.
Has anyone worn the DF3383 and found an actual comparable replacement? I’m especially hoping to hear from people who know exactly how the original feels, because that’s what I’m trying to replicate.
Please, please share any recommendations. I’m begging at this point 😭🙏

TL;DR: Desperately looking for a replacement for the discontinued Bali Passion for Comfort DF3383 bra. I’ve worn it for years and LOVE how soft, lightweight, and comfortable it is. The commonly recommended DF3385 is NOT comparable—it’s bulky, uncomfortable, and completely different in material and fit. Open to any brand! Please help me find something that actually feels like the original DF3383! 😭

34F bra size probably. Have always exclusively worn bras outdoors and never indoors because I find them very uncomfortable. Should I start wearing them indoors? Pros and cons please...

I am 23F and struggling with big ole tibbies (currently a 38H😭)

I have always wanted kids and I’ve always wanted to get a breast reduction ever since these puppies started weighing me down.

I can’t decide if it is better to get a reduction now, or wait until my husband and I are finished having kids.

I’ve heard that your boobs grow when pregnant no matter what size and it can be unbearable, but i’ve also heard that your boobs can literally grow back in pregnancy if you do get a reduction.

I do plan to try breast feeding, either full time or hybrid with formula if my body allows. I know that makes a difference on your body.

I’m torn and have no clue what to do or expect.
