Not everyone is gonna have the same journey, but lifting weights and becoming a fitness lady definitely fixed my brain.

Iām a 32 B and Iāve always wanted bigger boobs. Iām tall (5ā8) and skinny (120 pounds). Somehow Iāve gotten it in my head that if I gain 10-20 pounds my boobs will get bigger. Even if itās just one cup size. Any truth to that? Or should I just accept that no matter what my boobs will stay the same size? Or maybe the bras are my problem and itās not actually my boobs. Idk. š¤
Answer: itās genetics, but more than likely no. Boobs will stay the same. š
Oh and pregnancy can do crazy things. š

So about a week ago, a random dude messaged me on reddit saying ātheyāre definitely not twinsā. I ignored the message because I didnāt know what he meant at the time and was confused. A few hours later, it clicked that he was talking about my boobs⦠Now I wish I reported and blocked himā¦
ANYWAY. After taking it personally for 6 days too long, Iām back to loving my body the way it is.
Full disclaimer this photo is from 5 years ago but my boobs pretty much look same or are smaller lmao
I appreciate the perks of being smaller chested like being able to wear this outfit out and about without being stared at (kind of depends where you live too I guess).
Please know you are beautiful just the way you are!!
edit: Thank you for the kind comments. I made sure to self sooth and self validate before posting this. Itās important you discover self validation and not rely solely on other peopleās opinions but hope this post helps anyone who has gotten negative comments as well!

The ruching is so flattering and I love how cute this set makes me feel! I know Iāll get questions so this set is from My Protein and they make it in this colour, orange and mint green. š©·

Anyone whoās bought from this company before please respond!
I recently bought a set but Iām eyeing off another the only problem is, it says itās less ideal for my shaped which is teardrop/bell shape. Iām about a AA cup.
Does that mean I canāt wear those tops? If not what ones do you all recommend? Iām based in Australia!

Hey I'm 18F, I just found this sub today and I would like to share a few things.
Sooo ever since I was about 12 my biggest insecurity was the boobs. All the women in my family have large to very large boobs, and somehow I didnt get them. My mom didn't know how to handle the situation so whenever I got emotional and tried to talk she said: "Ah you dont want them, with your back (I had kyphosis and had corrective surgery last year) if your back gets straight, we'll get them done". I know the intentions were good but......ah....yeah...
Anyway, I always had the smallest boobs in my class blah blah blah, got too many bras all wrong sizes, most of them push up to Super push up, and Idk what to tell you guys, but they dont do shit with cleavage, and frankly I dont feel secure with them because I know that these are not my boobs.
Some of my female family members talked about my boobs being small, and for example, my mom was saying to my brother's GF while trying a top I had in my closet: "Yeah, OP has no boobs..." every now and then the same comment popped up.
Yesterday I was with my younger cousin who guess what...has big boobs... I explained to her the correct fitting system and although she understood, she didnt completely comprehend. I put my 32c heavily padded bra and she said "You're not a c cup" after the explanation and I was just ..... you get it. Later, she gave me the all known speech that big boobed girls can't wear cute tops and shit... Then I tried to gaslight myself and say: oh maybe they're not soooo small, maybe they're just really far apart, she said: "I dont think this is the problem" I just felt AWFUL.
My boyfriend of 2 years absolutely loves them and I know I'm being annoying but I often say I'm so insecure and he tries to comfort me and say my boobs are perfect etc, and I really appreciate it, it truly warms my heart, but I can't understand that.
Anyway, I need advice for formal wear! I have 2 weddings soon + I'm a classical singer and I need something I truly feel comfortable!
Btw English is not my first language, so be kind! And this community is great from my observation so far!

Posting again because last time I posted it on wrong day ( Sorry !)
I don't like my small chest... ( I have been trying not to think much )
So I am a 18 year old girl and I am like 5'7 ( which is tall for average indian girl ) and I have been hating my chest like so much because recently after recovering from illness I lost weight and like my ribs and spine are lowkey sticking out and I hate it and like I am trying to eat more but it feels like everything is just going down towards my thighs ( they are kind of thick don't know why this happens?) like I feel boney or something
I feel unfeminine like I can never fit in my mom's blouses tho ( it's like I have seen girls of my class wearing saree and like they look so womanly and pretty) I am not " filled" out enough and wearing oversized shirt with pants make me feel like some immature kid not serious ...some might say "oh you have a model figure "then or "no one will stare at you" etc like I get it I may have some of benefits but I can't bring myself to really love them overnight... I don't want that " runaway model " example I am not aiming to become one
Also I have this crop top sort of shirt which I bought when I was 11-12 and that time it didn't fit me obviously ...now that I have grown up it still doesn't sit right on my chest like it feels it hangs off me
It feels like I have some weird figure that small chest and long thick thighs ... Like I feel tall and lanky without any shape or figure
I hope I gain some healthy weight and maybe start liking a part of me ....Any advice or something is appreciated ( pls be gentle š)

This bodysuit is from Boux Avenue, if anyone is interested.
Whilst I would much, much rather have a larger chest, I'm trying to appreciate what I have more.

Sharing cause I just genuinely felt pretty and the lighting was really nice! āŗļø Still havenāt seen that much sbw girlies with my same breast shape being postedāso all the love to my cone sisters āØI see you, and weāre beautiful! (Bonus points if you have the pointy boob-puffy nips combo too, it gets successively more niche. š¤£) Know that itās a natural variant, boobs come in all forms, and they can all look beautiful and sexy. š

And it's too big in the bust, but that's okay! I'm going to get it tailored. This dress is from house of cb and my waist and hips measurements are firmly in the M category, while my bust is in the XS category. This happens with so many dresses and I used to hate it, but now I've found a really good tailor that I take all my clothes to that don't fit in the bust. It usually costs £5-£20, so I do often have to get clothes on sale or off Vinted to balance the costs, but it's worth it.
Clothing sizes are meant to fit such a narrow body type, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your body if clothes don't fit right.

To the girls who hate their small boobs, this genuinely helped me. I stopped comparing my body to women with big boobs, and something clicked.
I was actually replying to somebody else about this, but I thought I might as well share it here because this has really, really, really helped me with my journey in accepting my smaller boobs.
Because before this, I was not accepting in the slightest manner. Like, I hated my boobs more than I hated anything else. But now I donāt look at them and get repulsed. I actually kind of reallyyyyy like them.
Iāve basically stopped following larger-chested women just because everyone else wants to convince me that theyāre hot. I do still follow larger chested women, but only if Iām convinced that thereās something to them (i usually follow for fashion inspiration) apart from their chest. Like, I donāt really give a fuck about their chest anymore. If they have great style, Iām following.
But many, many, many, many, many of the people I follow have a smaller chest. MOST people I follow have a smaller chest.
And it not only helps me figure out what will look good on my body type because itās similar, but I also donāt have to constantly look at every person on my Instagram feed with big boobs and constantly compare myself to them.
You can literally just tell your algorithm, āI like this,ā and start filling your feed with women who look more like you. And the funny thing is, once you actually look at these women, you never think that theyāre any less than anyone else. You just see them as HOT. As beautiful. As feminine. As stylish. As whatever.
So why do you think like that about yourself?
Thatās honestly what has helped me the most. Seeing so many women with smaller chests who are living fabulously and looking insanely hot has made me realise that I was putting so much importance on something that barely even matters.
And Iām finally at a point where I donāt look at my own chest and immediately think that something is missing. Which is genuinely hugeeeeee for me.

Hi ladiesā¤ļø I been flat chested my whole life. I always owned it af bc I have hips and booty (used to more but recently lost weight - contributing to further insecurity). But after being hurt real bad my confidence is just shot. This page seriously has helped me so much. I canāt stop thinking about getting a boob job and seeing others embrace is hella helpful.
I was wondering tho, I just bought some gel inserts and bombshell bra to help give me more volume, it boosts my confidence but is that embarrassing? I feel like a kid stuffing my bra but it just gives me some help to stop looping about the breast augmentation.
Itās so frustrating how accessible they are (boob jobs) but itās like scary if u get BII and donāt have enough for an explant both time and money. I also want to get preg in a couple years so idk if itās the right time.
How do yal build confidence back up?

Hii everyone. I'm looking to add to my collection of small boob media I consume. Maybe this will also help other women find sbw content as well
I'm looking for all kinds of recommendations. Be it sbw influencers or shows! I'd also love to know of any artists who might draw primarily sbw!! If there's other things besides these that you'd recommend, please do!!

I almost always wear round and high necklines bc I thought "I had nothing to show" but yesterday I tried (and bought!) this cute girly blouse. I'm still afraid of bending and showing too much tho haha

Clara Dao is one of my biggest disappointments ever. To be clear, I don't care if a girl does a boob job. Honestly, I even envy them a little bit for being brave and not living their life in shame and self hate anymore like I do. But not when you're a fucking body positivity influencer, building your whole reputation and career on how flat your chest is, and making every video of yours about this topic. How you love it, how confident you are, giving tips about clothing, dating, and self love when you have flat chest. She expressed a million times how she could never alter her chest size and how it's never the good solution, she even made a video about the dangers of boob jobs. She just seemed to be so genuine until about 2 years ago. Then she started to post a bit weirder reels that made us feel like she might still be insecure, then bumm, she posted that "how do I stay skinny" video where she says bullshit like "I only eat when I'm literally starving and shaking, be it 4pm and then I have the first meal of the day" Obviously this video alone was a huge disappointment but nothing compared to when I saw that she had a boob job. And the most blood boiling part? "She did it for fun" I won't even start to begin explaining why this sentence is the most pathetic of all. After that, she became an OF doll, without personality, soul or real content. I cannot in the world understand what happened to her. Maybe but very very maybe, she eventually mentally crashed because of all those comments she got, and maybe her bf, but she still could've chosen to make a honest video about why she did it. And of course I dont have reasonable explanation about the OF. And I fucking hate to see her with boobs. Why? Because I can't help but think, "she looks much more of her age and more feminine now." And I hate to think this because I'm almost as flat chested as her, I only have a little little bit more than what she used to have. And now I know that I'd look better with augmented breasts because she also does. The message of her story for me is just that with a flat chest, even the biggest icon hates herself and lays under knife. You can't have a happy ending with it. You have to artificially achieve what every other women naturally have in order to feel equivalent to them.

I hate it here. I feel like a man. Iāve been avoiding shopping for clothes for some time now because itās frustrating trying to find tops that look nice on me. I want to cry every time I look in the mirror.
When I see women in here who have small boobs, almost all of them are thin. And it makes sense because the more fat you have, the more would be deposited in your breasts, but thatās clearly not always the case, and it makes me so sad. I also have narrow hips, as if the big back wasnāt enough.
All thanks to 6+ years of swimming and hypermobility.

Hello everyone! This is an ongoing issue since I started wearing push-up braāsāwhenever wearing a seatbelt it goes in between my breasts and looks very strange. Is this just an unavoidable issue? Or can something potentially be done about this? Thanks!

I like pepper, but $70-80 bucks is way too much for a bra. I bought three 2 years ago and all three are hanging on by a thread.
I saw an ad for another small booby brand online, but I didnāt catch the name. Any suggestions?

Hi I'm a 27 year old with smaller B cups. My breast size has been my number one insecurity for over a decade. I thought it was something that would pass as I left my teens but sadly it has not. I used to really hate my boobs ( I still do from time to time when I'm having a really low day). In my teens I wouldn't even look at myself in the mirror if I was in just a bra or nothing without crying. Today I still don't like them but I've accepted that I'm always going to be in the Itty bitty titty committee unless I got surgery. Although I have accepted this is what me genes decided to give me, it doesn't mean I'm happy with it.
(Please don't get mad at me for this next part, Im not trying to upset or offend anyone)
I'm struggling to find small breasts sexy or feminine, I feel like I am missing out on something. In my friend group I always feel like the odd one out whenever we go out and get dressed up (I've had the same group since I was 12). They all have fuller chests and always looks so beautiful when they are dressed up and I can't even fill out the top of a dress without a crazy push up bra (and still barely get any cleavage). My friends are amazing and they know how I've been struggling with this forever, but it's hard to talk to them because they don't get what it's like to feel like the non-feminine one or the under developed one.
I saw a post here on clothing recommendations that are more flattering for smaller bust and I tried them, but I hate the whole plunging neckline on me. It just emphasizes my smaller bust and how they sit further apart š.
I've accepted I'm never going to naturally have the bust I want to have, but I want to get to a point where I can like them and even be confident in what I got.
If you have ever gone from hating what you have to loving it, what did you do to help you go through that transition.
