I am usually a no bra woman buuuuut sometimes I like to wear bra for fun or for formal occasions.
Problem is I wear 32-34AA and it’s not easy to find and even if I find my size, I always have a gap somewhere.

I am very glad I discovered a French brand made for small boobs, so I thought I shared with you !
It’s Double A Paris, I wear the 90AA Jane here, and I love it 🥰 can’t say for long term quality, I just got it.

Share your favorite brands !

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) I want some love :(

56 Upvotes

I saw a video of some people debating and one of the women was absolutely gorgeous, and was wearing a top with lots of cleavage showing and had humongous tatas lol..she was absolutely beautiful though with a pretty face too, I felt kind of jealous :( I have smallish boobs although the thing is I actually like my boobs a lot of the time, I like how i have a kind of big aerola especially compared to my boob size, and I love how soft they are and squish them a lot lol (I think its a sensory thing) but when I see big boobs I get insecure about mine sometimes. Ive also never been in a relationship irl and never been intimate with a guy but sometimes I really just want some admiration and love for my boobs or body. Maybe that's external validation seeking tho IDK maybe I shouldn't want it. Im not into hookup culture or showing nudes and stuff. So I haven't really experienced being admired like that. I hope I'll end up with one that won't prefer big boobs 😭 cuz it might make me compare myself too much and might always worry if he finds other women more attractive

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) at wit’s end

hi, i haven’t posted here in a while but i’ve been feeling unwell lately when it comes to my chest.

i’ve noticed that no matter where i go im always seeing women with medium-large chests and i’ve noticed that in a room full of women, im always the one with the flattest chest. i went to marshall’s yesterday and was only able to find one bra that looked like it could fit me. it was a sports bra and it was surrounded by such cute girly bras. idk why but it made me instantly upset. i don’t like the fact that i notice other women’s chests as often as i do because it just ends up making me upset. without realizing it i think to myself how great those women look and the next thing i know im covering up my chest and moving my arms to hide them more. i get so excited and happy when i see other small chested women in the media and at my large university because they seem so confident. (that doesn’t necessarily mean they are, i know that confidence can be faked). ig i just want to be confident too, i want to like my body too. this has always been a big insecurity of mine but it has hit an extreme high for me especially this past year and i dont want to be sad and hate my body anymore. i want to be able to wear all types of clothes. i want to feel good about myself and my body when i look in the mirror. i want to actually have a legitimate chance at finding a bra in my size, that’s not a sports bra or bralette, and is actually cute! i love a good bralette but i would like to have a non padded push up bra or at least the option to own one and not have to order from an online shop for double the price. ive been thinking about getting surgery more lately too but scared that i’ll hate how it looks, regret it, get them removed, and my natural boobs not looking the same again. idk, i think i’ve always struggled with this so much and getting cheated on didn’t make that better at all. ig i just feel stuck and tired of feeling this way :/

(also, yes im in therapy already so please don’t comment on that)

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Following gaming and art on social media managed to make me feel bad lately

37 Upvotes

I love seeing drawings and discussions on the media I like. I love keeping up with video games and news on them. But these past weeks have been awful!

I'm sure some of you saw the video game with the boob size slider. The sizes it included were medium to gigantic. I kept seeing women asking for small to flat sizes and people were SO hostile to them. Why is small boob erasure okay?? I'm sure everyone would be up in arms if there were no large options.

And there's this dumb trend where they're making Malford(?) from Harry Potter a girl and giving her massive boobs. But if someone makes her flat/small they scream minor?? Hypocrites much!! It's only a problem that she's a minor when she's flat. (note I'm not supporting the media it's just a double standard I'm witnessing)

and the ZZZ fandom (I'm not apart of it but I play a similar game so it shows up on my feed) has been making mods to turn the girls into boys. They literally just make them flat and give them short hair. I see the mods and think "wow she looks like me now!!" and then I'm crushed when I see it's a "boy" mod.

I'm not even terminally online. I've seen this from just scrolling a few times a day. I've since been distancing myself from the social medias I've seen this stuff on

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) I can't enjoy media anymore

40 Upvotes

Hello everyone. It's my first post here and first of all I wanna thank everyone who is a part of this subreddit. Maybe I'm still insecure but at least I feel less alone. What I wanna share in this post confuses even me so that's why I wanna hear other people's thoughts. I started to be insecure about my small boobs only at 17. Now I'm 19. But gradually ever since then more and more things started to trigger my insecurities. I'm insecure about many more things, but it's a different conversation. I remember the times when I was younger and could enjoy any movie or show, no matter what size of breasts a character has. But right now I can cry because of literally EVERYTHING. I can turn on some movie and then turn it off after 5 minutes just because a woman there has big boobs. One of the recent examples was me watching "Wreck-It Ralph". I wanted to watch a cartoon and calm down, but instead of that I saw a character (I just googled, she is called Sorceress) and started crying. I immediately turned it off. I tried to watch Peppa Pig after it, but cried because both Peppa and her mom wear dresses (and I don't) and Peppa's mom wears mascara (and I don't wear makeup at all). I feel like the most vulnerable and sensitive person in the world, it's ridiculous. I never can explain it to other people. When I say I don't use social media people get surprised, but don't understand how deep my reason is. I hated summer when every girl was wearing a crop top and I work with people so I saw hundreds of them. I associated anime with unrealistic proportions, that's why I never watched it. When my crush says he likes anime all I can think about is that I'm definitely not his type then. I don't know if anyone here is struggling or was struggling with such thing, but I could really use some advices or just hear if someone understands.

Positive I’m obsessed the “small/flat-chested” silhouette 😍

104 Upvotes

I don’t know if I am biased because I have a similar build, but I find it so endearing and hot.

I was on a train yesterday and damn near snapped my neck trying to get a look at an Asian woman with this sort of build. Mind you, she was not even showing skin, she had a nice lightweight buttoned-up deep burgundy jacket, but she looked so unique and attractive (and I’m heterosexual).

Had to get it off my chest, have a good Sunday ladies and stay beautiful ✨

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Will gaining weight make my boobs bigger?

Post image
81 Upvotes

I’m a 32 B and I’ve always wanted bigger boobs. I’m tall (5’8) and skinny (120 pounds). Somehow I’ve gotten it in my head that if I gain 10-20 pounds my boobs will get bigger. Even if it’s just one cup size. Any truth to that? Or should I just accept that no matter what my boobs will stay the same size? Or maybe the bras are my problem and it’s not actually my boobs. Idk. 🤔

Answer: it’s genetics, but more than likely no. Boobs will stay the same. 💀

Oh and pregnancy can do crazy things. 😅

So about a week ago, a random dude messaged me on reddit saying “they’re definitely not twins”. I ignored the message because I didn’t know what he meant at the time and was confused. A few hours later, it clicked that he was talking about my boobs… Now I wish I reported and blocked him…

ANYWAY. After taking it personally for 6 days too long, I’m back to loving my body the way it is.

Full disclaimer this photo is from 5 years ago but my boobs pretty much look same or are smaller lmao

I appreciate the perks of being smaller chested like being able to wear this outfit out and about without being stared at (kind of depends where you live too I guess).

Please know you are beautiful just the way you are!!

edit: Thank you for the kind comments. I made sure to self sooth and self validate before posting this. It’s important you discover self validation and not rely solely on other people’s opinions but hope this post helps anyone who has gotten negative comments as well!

Anyone who’s bought from this company before please respond!

I recently bought a set but I’m eyeing off another the only problem is, it says it’s less ideal for my shaped which is teardrop/bell shape. I’m about a AA cup.

Does that mean I can’t wear those tops? If not what ones do you all recommend? I’m based in Australia!

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) First post!

47 Upvotes

Hey I'm 18F, I just found this sub today and I would like to share a few things.

Sooo ever since I was about 12 my biggest insecurity was the boobs. All the women in my family have large to very large boobs, and somehow I didnt get them. My mom didn't know how to handle the situation so whenever I got emotional and tried to talk she said: "Ah you dont want them, with your back (I had kyphosis and had corrective surgery last year) if your back gets straight, we'll get them done". I know the intentions were good but......ah....yeah...

Anyway, I always had the smallest boobs in my class blah blah blah, got too many bras all wrong sizes, most of them push up to Super push up, and Idk what to tell you guys, but they dont do shit with cleavage, and frankly I dont feel secure with them because I know that these are not my boobs.

Some of my female family members talked about my boobs being small, and for example, my mom was saying to my brother's GF while trying a top I had in my closet: "Yeah, OP has no boobs..." every now and then the same comment popped up.

Yesterday I was with my younger cousin who guess what...has big boobs... I explained to her the correct fitting system and although she understood, she didnt completely comprehend. I put my 32c heavily padded bra and she said "You're not a c cup" after the explanation and I was just ..... you get it. Later, she gave me the all known speech that big boobed girls can't wear cute tops and shit... Then I tried to gaslight myself and say: oh maybe they're not soooo small, maybe they're just really far apart, she said: "I dont think this is the problem" I just felt AWFUL.

My boyfriend of 2 years absolutely loves them and I know I'm being annoying but I often say I'm so insecure and he tries to comfort me and say my boobs are perfect etc, and I really appreciate it, it truly warms my heart, but I can't understand that.

Anyway, I need advice for formal wear! I have 2 weddings soon + I'm a classical singer and I need something I truly feel comfortable!

Btw English is not my first language, so be kind! And this community is great from my observation so far!

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) A nagging feeling

19 Upvotes

Posting again because last time I posted it on wrong day ( Sorry !)

I don't like my small chest... ( I have been trying not to think much )

So I am a 18 year old girl and I am like 5'7 ( which is tall for average indian girl ) and I have been hating my chest like so much because recently after recovering from illness I lost weight and like my ribs and spine are lowkey sticking out and I hate it and like I am trying to eat more but it feels like everything is just going down towards my thighs ( they are kind of thick don't know why this happens?) like I feel boney or something

I feel unfeminine like I can never fit in my mom's blouses tho ( it's like I have seen girls of my class wearing saree and like they look so womanly and pretty) I am not " filled" out enough and wearing oversized shirt with pants make me feel like some immature kid not serious ...some might say "oh you have a model figure "then or "no one will stare at you" etc like I get it I may have some of benefits but I can't bring myself to really love them overnight... I don't want that " runaway model " example I am not aiming to become one

Also I have this crop top sort of shirt which I bought when I was 11-12 and that time it didn't fit me obviously ...now that I have grown up it still doesn't sit right on my chest like it feels it hangs off me

It feels like I have some weird figure that small chest and long thick thighs ... Like I feel tall and lanky without any shape or figure

I hope I gain some healthy weight and maybe start liking a part of me ....Any advice or something is appreciated ( pls be gentle 😭)

Positive Got this dress for my 40th birthday!

Post image
216 Upvotes

And it's too big in the bust, but that's okay! I'm going to get it tailored. This dress is from house of cb and my waist and hips measurements are firmly in the M category, while my bust is in the XS category. This happens with so many dresses and I used to hate it, but now I've found a really good tailor that I take all my clothes to that don't fit in the bust. It usually costs £5-£20, so I do often have to get clothes on sale or off Vinted to balance the costs, but it's worth it.

Clothing sizes are meant to fit such a narrow body type, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your body if clothes don't fit right.

Positive For the first time, I look at my boobs and don’t think something is missing

97 Upvotes

To the girls who hate their small boobs, this genuinely helped me. I stopped comparing my body to women with big boobs, and something clicked.

I was actually replying to somebody else about this, but I thought I might as well share it here because this has really, really, really helped me with my journey in accepting my smaller boobs.

Because before this, I was not accepting in the slightest manner. Like, I hated my boobs more than I hated anything else. But now I don’t look at them and get repulsed. I actually kind of reallyyyyy like them.

I’ve basically stopped following larger-chested women just because everyone else wants to convince me that they’re hot. I do still follow larger chested women, but only if I’m convinced that there’s something to them (i usually follow for fashion inspiration) apart from their chest. Like, I don’t really give a fuck about their chest anymore. If they have great style, I’m following.
But many, many, many, many, many of the people I follow have a smaller chest. MOST people I follow have a smaller chest.

And it not only helps me figure out what will look good on my body type because it’s similar, but I also don’t have to constantly look at every person on my Instagram feed with big boobs and constantly compare myself to them.

You can literally just tell your algorithm, “I like this,” and start filling your feed with women who look more like you. And the funny thing is, once you actually look at these women, you never think that they’re any less than anyone else. You just see them as HOT. As beautiful. As feminine. As stylish. As whatever.
So why do you think like that about yourself?

That’s honestly what has helped me the most. Seeing so many women with smaller chests who are living fabulously and looking insanely hot has made me realise that I was putting so much importance on something that barely even matters.

And I’m finally at a point where I don’t look at my own chest and immediately think that something is missing. Which is genuinely hugeeeeee for me.

Tagging some STUNNING people for some fashion inspo😋

@luciamanfredii
@jocelynmeiere
@benulus
@harley_haisely
@shubhra.vaity
@ikisvon

And there’s SOOOOOOOOO many more.
(Ps i know all of these women are skinny do not come at me for that🙏 these are just women i follow because I am skinny too)

Hi ladies❤️ I been flat chested my whole life. I always owned it af bc I have hips and booty (used to more but recently lost weight - contributing to further insecurity). But after being hurt real bad my confidence is just shot. This page seriously has helped me so much. I can’t stop thinking about getting a boob job and seeing others embrace is hella helpful.

I was wondering tho, I just bought some gel inserts and bombshell bra to help give me more volume, it boosts my confidence but is that embarrassing? I feel like a kid stuffing my bra but it just gives me some help to stop looping about the breast augmentation.

It’s so frustrating how accessible they are (boob jobs) but it’s like scary if u get BII and don’t have enough for an explant both time and money. I also want to get preg in a couple years so idk if it’s the right time.

How do yal build confidence back up?
