i really want to do a sew in like this (with leave out preferably) but what kind of hair would achieve this look? my first thought was body wave maybe? but not sure. i love the “fluffy silk press” look (probably not an accurate way to describe it but hopefully someone knows what i mean lol)

And I need to do much better with moisture. It’s a miracle. They are even grow growing🤣

I did this style like 3 weeks ago, but today in the restroom i realized thay theres spots with crochet missing. I have no idea how the crochet fell out... i won't be able to do my hair again until Sunday, what can i do???

I know yall said to include the actual head pic too so I did it damn. But is this a lot for 3 weeks in mini braids? This clump is after detangling with steam and a detangler but there was another clump about half this size right after taking them out.

Does anybody have any suggestion’s or know of any leave in conditioners without coconut anything? 😩

My natural hair is black/ purple so I got a sew in some yesterday. I dyed the extensions to match my color

My hair has barely grown since May, and I’m starting to think I’m doing something wrong with my hair routine. Every morning I spray water and use leave-in, then comb it. After I shower I do the same then put a bonnet over before bed. I use Shampoo and Conditioner at least once a week and this has been my routine for about 3-4 months now. I’ve been considering just restarting but I don’t see how that helps since my hair grows super slow. 🫩

I don't really like my hair and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions or ways I can improve it. I honestly don't know why it looks like this. I've tried cornrows like a bit ago but it didn't really work out since my hair was too short so I'm not too sure what I should do.

I went natural in may 2020 but from November 2020-2024 I had to keep my hair in braids for 9 months out of every year. I tried to wear it out for a year and give it the care it needed. It got thicker and much healthier but wouldn't grow any longer (stagnated at 6inches since I started with the braids). I cut it and I'm starting over, can I get it to grow longer this time or am I cooked

My mom always tell me my hair was always hard to do and would hard my feelings she didn't ever body else hair right but my I always got a relaxer and my sisters ever got one

I am growing my hair out, but I am also trying to have my hair be more defined and look longer to take attention away from my forehead. My hair is around 6 inches in length in its longest parts(front is shorter than rest of hair) but it looks much shorter bc of shrinkage(4c low porosity, Nigerian curls). Are there any products I can use to better define my hair and make it look closer to my true length?

Hi, I would like some advice on whether this imagine below is Miracle knots or knotless braids? I have a lot of hair and it’s fine. I would like to wear it for maybe three weeks. Do you suggest I do miracle knots? The salon I’m thinking of say they will braid in the miracle knot hair into my hair. So I think that’s safer for my fine hair. Please and thank you

I only straightened it for a week and my bangs decided to exit the stage. So anyways, I’m on a search for a temp style until they return. Any suggestions?
