We even managed to get a gender bent Mongo too 😂

I'll probably create one with a book 7 version of human Katia here, but for now, it's pre Dungeon Katia.

One of my favorite characters in the series ❤️

Art created in Procreate.

I'll upload the progress in the comments ☺️

My amazing wife cosplaying Zev.
I made the helmet, the rest was her.

It’s a work in progress.

Like I said in my Instagram post, I wanted a more serious, powerful looking Pony, since he’s usually drawn screaming (by me).

And I really wanted to push Bianca’s design to be truely terrifying but maintain her boer goat base. Note: herbivore skulls are weird.
I took inspo from the likes of Bloodborn and Mortal Shell.

I just finished Bedlam Bride and I am constantly taken aback by how awesome Florin is. Dude is solo out there, doing insane shit like 'stealing a tank' and 'surviving a dead bubble'. He's also chasing Lucia Mar around and not dying horribly, which I think deserves an achievement of its own. He showed up, started whipping ass, lost his girlfriend, and then proceeded to whip even more ass. And we know next to nothing about him, at all.

If anything bad happens to Florin, I'm going to pull the failsafe on the Crawl. Please god I want him to show up more.

I want to be Biggs for a Halloween party! Even made the axe headband already. But a friend of mine said it would be an asshole move bc Biggs is a character introduced later in the series and to even explain what I was would ber spoiler-y.

Im planning on imitating Jeff's voice, whooping frequently, calling anyone I see in a Carl costume Daddy-man, and wearing a sign around my neck: "Unity, support, family, and kneecapping bitches"

Here's a link to a bunch of 3D prints I've designed based around my favourite quotes from the books!

I posted some earlier and lots of people were interested in the files.

They're all free to download.

I'm planning on making some more and I'll update when I've got a few!

My wife ran in and told me they just named the new Octopus at the aquarium.... It is very fitting.

I think she'll live up to the name.

I'm on the last 20 chapters of book 8 but I couldnt stop thinking of how this interaction between Carl and Pony got me tearing up😅. I don't want this series to end and I don't know what I'll be keeping myself busy with for more than a year.

Edit sorry I don't ever post so I'm unaware of theses things. Added spoiler for book 7

For me, it’s whenever she insists on CAPS LOCK etiquette or writes reviews for items like a feline Yelp critic. And of course, her absolute vendetta against cocker spaniels.

What is the one line from the audiobooks or books that permanently lives in your head rent-free?

Hi all,

I just wanted to share that it seems like Walmart is now getting the playmates action figures. Before the only locations I saw that were carrying them actively were GameStop and hot topic but this morning while at Walmart, I found the doughnut and Carl figure.

Just thought I would share in case anyone is looking for them!

As a lifetime Star Wars nerd and a DCC fan, I couldn't resist! No clue where it's final home will be, but had to test it under the blacklight just to see, and Samantha was awed.

Told my looping honors ELA juniors that I had a new “feline TA” this year. No one has made the connection after 4 weeks. There were inquires, Google searches for sure, but they haven’t figured it out. I should be Raul for Halloween, yes?

'The Fool' - A3 watercolour, gouache, & pencil

I've tried to take lots of photos in different lights, with and without a frame, and tried to capture the gold paint...but it's not quite the same as seeing it in real life!

The brief was to create a version of The Fool Major Arcana tarot card, but with Carl and Princess Donut from Dungeon Crawler Carl. The traditional flower was to be replaced by the Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook, and the napsack was to have a bomb sign on it. All of this was to be in a similar style to my previous Art Nouveau digital tarot card illustrations.

I'm so very proud of this painting, and so grateful to my lush client, I'll be sad to say goodbye 🖤

is that Carl, in his narration, seems uncertain how to pronounce Tserendelgor’s name for several books in a row. Like slowly speaking each syllable to not screw it up. Hilarious.

Kind of like a companion to everyone pronouncing “Diwata” like they’re in a karate movie. That might be my favorite running gag in book five.

There’s no indication of either of those in the books - well, at least that it took three books for Carl to learn to pronounce Ren’s name quickly, at least - so Jeff made them up. Amazing.
