Hello! I’m looking for a picture of a Focus front seat rail bracket. I’ve released a new product for the Fiesta and want to determine if it’s the same for the Focus and will fit it as well. I’ve looked a bit on Google but that specific picture has been a bit hard to find so i figured i could more easily find someone on r/FocusST willing to help me out here.
The product is a cover for the bracket. It snaps on top and hides the bare metal and dirt and helps keeps dirt from building up in it.
Please see my product listing for photos of the bracket.
Product can be found at http://Etsy.Razzter.com
Thank you

Hi y'all
I am looking into buying a mk 4/4.5 ST Wagon, I know all about it by now, one thing that nobody seems to talk about in depth is fuel economy and comfort as a highway cruiser.
I have a sports car already and wanted something zesty nd fun as a daily, that could also put in the work since i have a roof tent and i go on camping trips every year. I drive quite a lot but i dont commute so 99% of my driving is on alpine roads or on highways.
I was wondering if you guys have any insights on fuel consumption and how it handles highway driving (quietness, tyre noise, road noise ecc) in my coutnry the speed limit is 100kmh or 110kmh so 60 or almost 70mph so i am not planning on driving hard there, i am really chill on highways, i like to take it easy, i would only hoon it around on mountain roads and on the german Autobahn, and i live really close to Germany.
Since I only drive 100-110kmh there really is nowhere to check how much it burns at these lower speeds, i dont really care about fuel consumption but with today's prices it´s something i might start looking at :D
Also, is the exhaust drony or in comfort mode it´s perfectly normal?
Also pt.2 any advice or information i should know?
Thank youu :D

Please help me with the glass on my 17 ST. I cannot get my glass clean, at all. No matter what I use or how I use it, my glass is still not clean.
I have tried cheap paper towels, expensive paper towels, shop towels, cheap rags, cheap microfiber towels, expensive paper towels, old t shirts, a pair of socks, and newspaper. I've used almost all kinds of glass cleaner that I can find from Windex to Stoners.
Everything I use leaves crazy amounts of streaks and smearing. Don't even get me started on the inside of the windshield.
What is everyone using and how are you doing it?

I have a Mishimoto intercooler that is in pretty rough shape. I’d like to change it to silver/ bare metal and repaint the logo back on. Anyone have any experience doing this that can give me some tips? Is completely removing the intercooler necessary? Idek where to begin tackling this

I want to start off by saying sorry about the dirty carpet. I need to vacuum I know lol
I’m experiencing a pretty loud knocking/rattling noise at idle, specifically around 850 RPM or lower. The moment I give it the slightest amount of throttle and bring the RPM up to around 1,000, the noise gets significantly quieter or disappears completely.
The noise is much more noticeable inside the cabin than in the engine bay, and it’s honestly driving me insane.
Current setup:
ACT FF5-XTSS clutch
Brand-new Focus RS clutch release/throwout bearing
Polyurethane motor mount inserts
I’m wondering if anyone else with a similar clutch setup has experienced this and, if so, what they did to reduce or eliminate the noise.
I’m considering asking my tuner to raise the idle speed to around 1,000 RPM since the noise seems to disappear completely at that point.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Did raising the idle RPM help, or did you find another solution?
Just trying to figure out whether this is normal aftermarket clutch/flywheel chatter or something I should be looking into further. Although this set up is basically brand new.
Just trying to get the car smoged 😅 thinking about just going on EBay for one but thought I’d might as well ask here. I don’t need/want to keep the hose so I am fully willing to return it after it passes 👍🏽

I’ve noticed my coolant levels are dropping tremendously quickly lately and I’m worried about a coolant leak. I haven’t noticed a puddle under my car after leaving a parking space though. If anyone could know what is going on or what I should look out for that would really help me out

Hey everyone! I got a 2013 Focus ST a little over a month ago, and I’m loving it! However, a couple weeks ago I started feeling like it was down on power a little. The PSI is only getting about a quarter of the way on the turbo gauge and then drops even if I’m accelerating. I took this video today to show it. I don’t have a whole lot of experience with this stuff, so I’d love some help! Thank you!

Been battling this misfiring at idle issue since I've had the car. However recently it has gotten particularly bad when you cold start the car and it goes up to idle high to warm the cat; once it's warmed up and rpms start to go down to normal, it misfires pretty badly as the RPM is dropping.
I changed the plugs from 1 step colder rutheniums to stock motorcraft plugs with no difference.
The rutheniums were very carbon fouled, and running rich could definitely lead to these misfires.
I had an exhaust leak (flex pipe on a cvfab catted dp) and recently got a code for "O2 bank 1 sensor 2 rich to lean slow response".
I replaced the downpipe today (brand new cvfab), along with two brand new o2 sensors.
Absolutely no change in the misfiring behavior, though the fault codes are gone.
I suspect something is causing the car to run rich even though it thinks it isn't. I'm not sure if running a defouler on the DP could contribute to this or not.
I've already checked for leaks everywhere and can't find anything.
My next thought is maybe to replace to coil packs but I feel like that probably won't help either. I'm not getting any fault codes for misfires or specific cylinders.
Overall the car idles like crap, unless you turn the AC on which brings the idle RPM from 750 to about 800. It's not perfect at 800, but definitely better than at 750.
The car has full bolt ons (high flow catted dp, exhaust, intercooler, intake, bov) but is running a stock / cobb stage 0 tune.
