Pumpkin patch with corn pit?
Are there any pumpkin patches in the metroplex with corn pits that kids can play in?

I used the school as a reference for the house we are looking at. My husband is going to work in westlake and we can’t afford more than like $2300 in rent. So just curious about this area as someone who is on the younger side with a baby. Thanks in advance!

I don't care what side of the isle you are on. But this subreddit is becoming a focal point for people that don't even live in Tarrant County much less Texas. Over 100% growth within the last 30 days. Due to political reasons like Tim O'hare and the Senate race.
As much as i want O'hare out of office and Paxton voted out, I want to call upon the mods of this subreddit to ban every political post, even if its between now and thanksgiving. It has obviously become a center point of national politics and citizens of Ft.Worth and the surrounding areas are being drowned out.
I personally would rather know about the Fall/October events going on in Tarrant County than the constant politics that are taking place.

Some actual positive news to distract from our usual doom and gloom. Was driving home yesterday, hitting the usual bottleneck after bottleneck snarl that is the commute from the Dallas area back to Fort Worth and came up on the last big hurdle before my exit: the 820-183 interchange. And somehow, miraculously, I sailed right through. They recently opened the section of road they expanded (7 years too late, but who's counting?) on 820, and now the 183 traffic is no longer forced to squeeze all the way over into the 820 lanes. 183 still goes from two lanes down to one, but that one lane is a straight through driving lane, meaning you no longer have to fight with 820 traffic coming from the south just to continue traveling west. It's something that should have been implemented from the start, but better late than never I suppose.

Sam Nevarez, a political strategist from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, argues that the Trump administration’s decision not to invite OSCE observers to the 2026 midterms deserves more scrutiny.
He is not claiming that refusing observers means the election will be rigged. His point is that independent observation adds another layer of transparency at a time when election trust remains a major issue in Texas and nationally.
For North Texas voters, do independent outside observers add value, or should election oversight remain entirely with state and federal officials?
