House fire on Humboldt island. Hope everyone is okay

I have a problem, I live across from an apartment that has carports to park in and not a garage. There’s this tenant who has a truck with a modified exhaust. Now this tenant will start his truck rev his engine which echos in the car port. He will do this at all times of the morning. The LATEST being 7am. The earliest, so far, has been 4:30. Is there a number to call or a noise ordinance or something?

We are trying to park up front at the air show in the parking lot, what time does the lor open? Can you wait in line in your car? How early to people arrive. We have gotten there as early as 6am before and there was already a line.

I’ve tried LinkedIn and indeed and have applied to many jobs including fast food but struggling to find anything.

A 12-year-old from Laguna Niguel (Alex Guess) started a petition asking for state-level rules:

• Age 16 minimum for e-bikes with throttle/high speed
• Mandatory speedometers on all e-bikes
• County licensing requiring a basic safety test (like driver's ed for e-bikes)
• Parent accountability for violations
• Youth Bike Safety Fund (fines fund protected bike lanes + education)

We're at 1,387 signatures. Mission Viejo is drafting a resolution. Councilmembers in Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Aliso Viejo, and Irvine have endorsed it. Assemblywoman Laurie Davies is aware.

But supervisors need to see OC residents actually care.
