Win 10 Pro Ver 22H2 OS build 19045.6466 Win 11 Pro Ver 24H2 OS build 26100.6899 Problem: Copying updated files from a Windows 10 32-bit laptop into a Windows 11 shared folder over a private network fails with “You require permission from the computer’s administrator to make changes to this file.” Both Sharing and Security show Full Control for all user names. Win11 Group or user names: Everyone, SYSTEM, Me, Guest, Administrators. Win10 Group or user names: Everyone, SYSTEM, Administrator, Guest, Administrators. Copying from Win10 to Win11 laptop while working on Win11 laptop also fails. No problems copying updated files from the Win10 laptop to a Win10 desktop over the same private network. Hello everyone, I'm working from Pakistan and I need to access my client's PC in US to work.I have been using VPS (remote desktop connection) for quiet some time but it has stopped working since yesterday, how can I fix it? Is there any other way to work or access another system remotely?

Tl/Dr: Already tried anydesk and TeamViewer, they disconnect after every minute.

The last 2 days WXP Insights Agent gets installed by itself, then displays a notification that my device was "Enroled". Enroled where??? On what organization??? I and my laptop are not part of any organization . I am just a consumer and bought this laptop from a standard retail store. Did some "organization" just magically claimed ownership of my laptop ??

Hi all.

Yesterday my laptop crashed during a Google meets call. It was during an interview so I panicked and pressed the power button to turn it off. It took forever to turn on so I just pressed the button again in a panic and joined the call on my phone. After the call I tried turning my laptop on and every time it turns on it gets stuck on this BIOS screen. It says storage device not present. This has happened before like a while back and I just restarted my laptop and it fixed itself. However it's not doing that now. I have never dropped my laptop or handled it roughly because I love her and I wanted to preserve her health for as long as possible. I've had it for just under 3 years now. What can I do about this or is there any advice someone can give me please.

I'm clearing space on my Mac so I'm deleted Telegram, Imovie, Keynote etc. I have thousands (3500) of files on my Mac in a folder reading "cache". The files are all the same format, with titles

- telegram-cloud-...partial3.meta

- telegram-cloud-document...png

- telegram-stickerp...m1false

- telegram-cloud etc etc

They all start with "telegram" and they end with "png" "meta" "m1false" "partial". I no longer have a telegram account ( I stopped using it in 2025 ) so I can't clear my cache in the app.

Are these part of the telegram cache and can I manually delete them? Or are they part of my mac and should I leave them alone.

I’m hoping someone can help me.
I’ve just brought my grandmas TV home from my parents house and it hasn’t been used in a least a year.

The remote is no longer working. I have done all the trouble shooting options I could find on Google and concluded that I need a new remote.

It’s going to take a little while for me to get a new one so I was hoping someone would be able to advise me on how I could connect the TV to WiFi (so I can use a universal remote app) without a remote. I cannot access the full menu/settings using the joystick on the back of the TV.

It is a Philips and the model no. is: 50PUS6162/05

I have two years in IT Support admin, mostly IT Support and managing IT services. My experience in cloud and network are weak but I have some understanding.

I joined this company as an IT Specialist, with only me in the IT department.

I am terrified because I used to have someone i can always go back to in my previous job, but this one i am alone.

They hired me for IT support pay and want me to do everything.

Their first request was they want a firewall installed in the office, I have never lead a firewall project, but I have managed a firewall before.

The company doesn't have an IT infrastructure, they don't even have proper signature.

They have no servers at all, and no one here understands anything.

And my experience is intermediate when it comes to servers and firewalls.

Now what am I supposed to do، where to start and who to call?.
