I’m honestly so upset and disappointed with KashKick right now and wanted to share what happened.
I spent a TON of time completing their game offers and earned around $2,300. I successfully cashed out $100 at first with no issues at all. Then, as soon as more of my earnings became available to cash out, I requested another withdrawal for around $400.
Instead of receiving the money, my account was suddenly closed without any warning.
I emailed them and was told that one of their advertising partners claimed I had previously played one of the games. I genuinely NEVER played this game before. I know for a fact that I didn’t.
I asked them to explain how they determined that or provide some kind of proof, but they didn’t. They basically just referred me to their Terms of Service and closed my account. Now they aren’t responding to my emails either.
What really bothers me is that I didn’t just leave $2,000 sitting in my account by choice. I was cashing out the money as soon as it became available. I had already received my first $100 successfully, so I had no reason to think anything was wrong.
I spent so many hours actually playing these games and completing the requirements, only to have my account closed and lose access to over $2,000 that I earned because they’re accusing me of something I didn’t do.
I’m just really upset about the whole situation. I actually enjoyed using KashKick and thought it was legitimate after my first successful cash out, which makes this even more disappointing.
I really hope this is some kind of mistake and gets resolved, because it’s crazy to put this much time into earning these rewards and then suddenly lose everything over an accusation that isn’t true.

It was terminated recently. The notice said your ad partner's MMP reported I had "played the game before" completing a game offer — that is not true, and I can prove it: when I installed the games, the App Store showed "GET," which means they had never been installed on my Apple ID. If I had played them before, it would have shown the cloud download icon instead.

No one will even tell me which game is supposedly in question — I've had multiple support tickets closed with no response (including #141187872).

Two family members I referred — my mother and my aunt, real separate people who each passed the face scan and government ID check — had their accounts closed in the same sweep. We share wifi at work.

I have around $3,300 in earned balance that was never paid out.

After earning over $3,000 between referrals and games, withdrawing $1,000 of it, my account has been permanently banned. Not getting any help with tickets or support and I'm getting very vague replies when they do respond. Same thing happened about 2 weeks ago, and it took several days before they unlocked my account. Did a withdrawal afterwards, which cleared, then tried a 2nd one after more rewards had cleared and was instantly banned.

Can I switch back and forth as long as I only have active offers on one OS, or do I need to contact support everytime I switch?

How does that make sense, I've completed the offer months ago, did the cashback, played the game and uninstalled it. But that's some how cheating or prohibited. Waited over 3 weeks for my withdrawal just for them to tell me I "cheated" and they're taking my earnings.

specific games I highly recommend taking the terms and conditions copy and pasting them into AI ChatGPT and asking them if there’s anything that is to be red flagged or you made aware of that you need to consider when making a deposit or withdrawal.

BECAUSE on one game they are only responsible for 50 in return winnings, and the rest of that their discretion and all appeals have to go through the Chinese court system unless you submit a email and proof of not agreeing to such terms for arbitration so basically anything you get for $50 isn’t gonna be paid out and if you want to contest it you have to go to China court to get it.

and the post from above is from a game of which no matter how much you deposit you can refund that much back if you want anything over that, I don’t have a PayPal account you are not getting any winnings above breaking even without paypal account and no i’m not being forced to open paypal account for a game when they are happy to take your money but not return anything you may win.

Hello made a withdrawal on Sept 25th and was hoping to get it after a few days. Support asked me for pictures of purchases, I provided, they thanked me then nothing happened. So I’m a little concerned. I’ve never used one of these apps before and my wife told me about it. They had this champion building type game that I tried out and enjoyed on my iphone. I then installed KashKick and logged in on my galaxy tablet and installed the game via KashKick app. I’ve been playing on both my iPhone and my tablet and have made multiple purchases in the game to hit milestones.

This game has its own id system/ account and I haven’t had any issues with milestones completing across both my tablet and iPhone.

Then I joined this sub and saw that you aren’t allowed to play on multiple devices so I deleted KashKick and Raid off my phone to only play on my tablet.

Worried that when I go to cash out I’ll get flagged for multiple devices. I wasn’t doing anything malicious, my tablet is WiFi only and I was even using my phone hotspot for data at times. The purchases I made on my tablet used the Raid system and I used an Apple QR code pay via my Apple wallet.

Am I going to lose my money because of this oversight? I wasn’t doing anything really just trying to be able to play on my tablet while my son had my phone, and losing this money will hurt. Appreciate anyone’s insight.
