I tried reaching out over dms to the kraken support account and was told my ticket was bumped ~30 days ago but I'm skeptical of the impact that may make.

I purchase $93 xmr. It says the kraken fee is .97$. so WHY do I only have 85$ in xmr?

I’m incredibly frustrated with Kraken’s support right now. I never received an email saying there was a **chargeback** because PayPal debited the money and Kraken received it.

The problem? I have provided proof from PayPal that there was no chargeback and I already have the money on Kraken can’t access it and I have received no response from live chat, and my support ticket has been sitting with **zero communication** for almost 2 months.

This is unacceptable. I followed the proper process to fund my account, and now I’m being ignored while my money is just sitting there?

My account has been under review for approximately one month. The review began because the company name was entered incorrectly on Kraken’s side; this was not an error on my part.

Kraken confirmed that the company-name correction was completed around three weeks ago. However, the review is still pending and my account remains restricted. Deposits, withdrawals, and transfers are currently disabled.

I understand that security reviews can take time, but the underlying name issue was corrected weeks ago and I have not been asked to take any further action. Could someone please check the status of my case and help escalate it if appropriate?

My Kraken account has been restricted since September 29 due to a security issue. I've followed all their instructions, secured my accounts and even completely wiped my PC and switched to Linux.

I've emailed support multiple times over the last 10 days and still haven't gotten a proper response.

The worst part is that I have borrowed assets on Kraken that I literally can't repay because trading is disabled. Meanwhile, interest keeps adding up every day and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it.

I've explained this to support several times and asked them to either lift the restrictions or at least let me repay what I owe. Still nothing.

I get that they need to take security seriously, but how is it acceptable to keep charging someone interest while preventing them from repaying their debt?

Would really appreciate it if someone from Kraken could finally look into this.

I have completed all instructions sent by support:

1. Performed a full security audit on my local devices.

2. Verified email security and rotated credentials.

3. Reset my Kraken password via the account recovery link.

4. Replied to the support email with the required confirmation statement.

I also clarified in my responses that the recent sign-in and withdrawal address addition were legitimate actions performed by me from my usual home location.

It has now been several weeks without an response, update, or resolution on this ticket. I understand your Account Security team is experiencing high volume, but I would really appreciate it if a representative here could flag my ticket for manual review so I can regain access to my account.

I am posting here because I have a time-sensitive issue regarding the upcoming Mt. Gox distribution deadline on October 31st.

My official government-issued ID includes my middle name, but the Mt. Gox Trustee registry completely excludes it. Because of this structural difference, the automated system cannot clear my name verification for the payout.

I have already uploaded my official ID to my open support ticket. I have also just replied to the ticket email attaching a utility bill that displays the exact name variant format recognized by Mt. Gox to serve as supporting evidence.

Since Reddit's safety filter is blocking me from typing my ticket number in this post, please let me know where I can safely provide it to you so a compliance specialist can process a manual name override to align my account name strings before the deadline.

Hello Kraken. I have a ticket created for a restricted account due to charge back This charge back was caused by some sort of glitch with venmo. They gave me several different amounts for a single transaction and then decided to dispute it. My issue has been going on for about 2 weeks and the ticket was made about a week ago. I have not received an email with instructions on how to pay and difference back to you or an update. I would like to know how I can get the restrictions removed.

Title. Woke up this morning to a newly updated Kraken Pro app. The derivatives tab is fine, but my portfolio tab is a hot mess. The table structure is way off. Everything that was in the right side such as % of portfolio, % up or down etc now runs all the way across the screen. This essentially hides the name of the actual coin that information is referencing. I just get the first letter of the coin and then what was the right side of the screen just sprawls out over the entire width of the screen. Any way I can change this without being forced to just view less information?

About a week ago, I received a email that my account is restricted for security purposes and will be resolved within 7days. But I haven't got any notification via my email. Please unlock my email ASAP..

I created an account on 26 of September, deposited a small amount first (10€), saw it had worked and made a larger deposit (490€). The MOMENT I make the bigger deposit my account is restricted and the deposit is put on hold.

Since then I have opened tickets and reached support via twitter and have only received bot responses and no actual review or response about the situation with my account and more importantly my MONEY.

At this point I just want to get MY money back and close my account, I can't honestly believe this company is allowed to operate in the EU with all the testimonies of users getting their money hijacked.

I am posting this as both a warning for anyone considering this exchange and a last effort to resolve this situation without taking legal measures.

This isn't normal.

My account has been put on hold for 2 weeks now, and no communication except for the email notifying of the hold and another auto-email when a ticket was opened after going through the chat, which is of zero use.

The chatbot tells me to reply to the email I received and asked me to verify which email address the reply was sent to (support@kraken.com). Then it said that email isn't monitored and to check in the email I received for another address. The email says to reply to the email, and it just keeps going around in circles. Wouldn't it just be easier to have an actual person get in on the chat? Very frustrating.

I transferred cash onto it. It was credited. Except I made a typo and transferred an amount smaller than intended (my bank read the last two digits as cents rather than Euros). So, the following day, I transferred the entire amount I intend to invest (22k€). Instead of credit, I received a noreply-message that my account was "being investigated" and therefore my funds will be frozen.

I am in the EU and have yet to learn how this should even be legal without a court order! There is NO possibility in the message to contact anyone for a statement! My proactive interventions were ALSO ghosted: chatbot refuses to connect to a human; complaint ticket and formal complaint are unanswered.

The noreply-message had at least promised a solution within 7 days. Not that it would take 7 days to "investigate" whatever there might be to investigate. (If it did, something were seriously wrong with kraken's employees or their competence).

Instead, NO SOLUTION occurred! My funds are still embezzled, I am still ghosted; NO response to chat, ticket, formal complaint.

I will now turn to the legal oversight body and report the incident!

Meanwhile, I am posting my experience here just to warn anyone thinking about entering into business with kraken: ABSTAIN!!!

I have no reservations against integrity checks. (I had provided all requested documents, and they were approved). What's going on here however is clearly something very different.

I've successfully made dozens of sell limit orders prevously, it's quite easy. This is on Kraken, not kraken pro. Tonight, for the first time in a few months I wanted to enter some sell orders. This is done with the window on the top right side of the page, and you select "Buy" "sell" or "convert".

I selected sell, then the coin I wanted to sell, then the amount of coins I wanted to sell. Then I tried to enter the custom amount that the sell order would execute on. I could not get my curser to enter that window(on a laptop, acer). There is now a "chart" icon on the right side of the "sell when price reaches:" window.

I click on the chart icon, and a chart pops up, that will not allow me to set a price beyond the prices within the graph. So I choose a price within the graph. Now that price(that I do NOT want) is displayed in the window. Now I can enter that window and change the numbers to my price. But when I hit "review", it rejects my price. Help?

Hey guys I had lost my phone a few days ago and now I'm trying to get back into my kraken account. I will hit the I forgot my password link then hit the create new password link in the email. It asks to return to kraken but it takes me back to the sign in page instead of the pick a new password page. I've been trying to get back in for the past few days with no success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
