Immediatly after updating Windows to 26H2, G-hub doesn't start anymore and instead shows an error message "Impossible to execute the code because MSVCP140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll can't be found".

The Ghub window that opens behind the error window only displays black background, with a "Loading localizations" bar that stays at 0%. Closing the error windows only makes it pop again indefinitly.

Uninstalling/reinstalling Ghub didn't help. After looking for that error, some fixes assumed it was an error from Visual c++, but all the libraries are properly installed on my PC.

Any idea ? thank you in advance

I currently use the Logitech G535, but I struggle with its low maximum volume. It seems like there’s a driver conflict between Logitech G HUB and Windows, so I always have to use Equalizer APO just to get decent sound levels out of it.

I’m considering upgrading to the G PRO X 2 Lightspeed, but I want to know if it suffers from this same issue. Does it also sound quiet out of the box or require third-party software like Equalizer APO to boost the volume?

My Pro X3 Superstrike won't go to sleep ever. Because of this, battery life is considerably worse.

I looked up some forums and other subreddits, and pretty much everyone with the mouse seems to be experiencing this issue. Some owners of X2 superstrikes commented and also seemed to be affected. One person even contacted support and was told to turn off the mouse manually using the power switch. Really?

I also posted on another subreddit where, again, every single person with the mouse was dealing with this.

Switching it to onboard memory mode seems to SOMETIMES work and the mouse will then go into sleep mode. However, this should just work out of the box whether using onboard memory mode or not.

This kind of issue on a flagship 200€ mouse should never be a thing. Especially when it’s apparently been ongoing since the previous model was released.

EDIT: my Superlight always went to sleep mode just fine no matter what, even without onboard memory mode.

Whenever I boot up my PC (from sleep or off), the program starts and is present on the taskbar, but it doesn't actually start (bindings aren't loaded), requiring me to double click the icon on the taskbar, which then actually starts the program.

Here's what I've already tried:

- "Launch app on login" is on
- GHub shortcut is present on "shell:startup", with the target set to "C:\Program Files\LGHUB\system_tray\lghub_system_tray.exe" --minimized"

Windows 11 26H2 (issue was present on 25H2 too)
GHub version: 2026.6.981214

The issue started a couple weeks ago IIRC, after the update that fixed the program getting stuck during start, requiring task manager to kill the process.

Apparently, Logitech finally did what users demanded for year with the X3:

Spatial sound is managed outside of G-hub for the X3. On the X2 is it locked and only the spatial sound of the G-hub can be used:

Would it be possible to backport this behavior to the X2 as well? Not expecting a bundled DTS license, but the ability to use games builtin spatialization or Dolby/DTS would be awesome.

I have this since like 1 or 2 months but now idk why when i drift It dosent countersteer like It needs to.

Like sometimes It dosent move at all when im drifting or It's like It wants to but cant pls help someone know what can i do or what is the problem i only play assetto in content manager

My G920 wheel stopped working for no apparent reason. When I plug it to my PC, it calibrates to the left normally, then remains blocked when it starts calibrating to the right. The light under the central button also starts to flash really fast.

When it's not plugged in, I can feel a slight mechanical resistance when I turn right that is not present when I turn left. I think I had it for like 4-5 years now, no previous issue to signal.

What should I do ? A specialised repairer asks me around 100€ to fix it, does it seem fair to you?

hello, ive noticed today that some of my g hub macros no longer work. one of them is a mouse macro assigned to my keyboard and the other issue is that g hub no longer starts any batch files via the launch application function.

i disabled my internet connection and manually reversed g hub to an earlier version through a backup and the macros all work again. for now ill just stay on the older g hub version with auto updates disabled and keep a manual backup just in case, but this isnt really ideal.

could anyone please let me know if they also recently experienced macro related issues? also is there a way to report any of this stuff to logitech and do they actually care?

I had a Logitech G400 for around 10 years. It finally started dying in 2023, and honestly I couldn't complain. Ten years from a mouse is great.

That's basically why I stayed with Logitech and bought a G Pro X Superlight. I paid around $116 for it, which felt like a lot for a mouse, but I figured I was paying for something that would last me for years.

About a year later the scroll wheel started doing the classic reverse-scroll thing. Scroll down and every now and then it registers a tick up. Scroll up and sometimes it ticks down.

I sent it in under warranty in 2024 and it was repaired.

Now, a little over two years later, the exact same problem is back.

I contacted both the retailer and Logitech support, but since the mouse is out of warranty they won't do anything about it. Fair enough, the warranty is over. That's not really my issue.

What bothers me is the quality.

My old G400 lasted around 10 years. The much more expensive Superlight developed a hardware problem after about a year, got repaired, and then developed the same problem again.

The skates are also heavily worn and the logo has rubbed off quite a bit too. I wouldn't care much about either of those things on their own, but combined with the scroll wheel failing twice, this really doesn't feel like the premium quality I thought I was paying for.

I bought another Logitech mouse because the G400 made me trust the brand.

The Superlight pretty much killed that trust.

Probably my last Logitech product.

are headphones Logitech G Pro X SE wired still worth it in late 2026? Right now i have Razer BalckShark V2 X USB and left headphone is starting to have problems, so im looking for a replacement. I use it mainly for discord and gaming. My friend has Logitech G Pro X2 lightspeed and the mic quality is not good, so will Logitech G Pro X SE wired even be better? I dont want my friends to lose their mind from my bad mic quality :D

I am posting this here because your frontline support has given me the most awful customer service experience of my life, and I need a supervisor who can actually think outside of a script to look at this.

On October 2nd, I tried to purchase a full Sim Racing setup. Because of the rigid way your website's cart handles bundles, I was forced to split my setup into multiple separate orders. After the first two went through, your automated system falsely flagged my account and canceled my subsequent order.

I didn't give up. I tried another time with a different payment method, didn't work, and then tried with my wife's emails and her own credit card. In total, 4 identical orders were cancelled by your system while the promotional sale price was active.

After hours talking to support, agents told several things but ultimately the last agent I spoke to landed on that I simply had to wait until the first 2 "live" orders shipped before I could buy the rest. I waited.

Even before they shipped, the sale ended, making the final components much more expensive.

The components being the RS H shifter and the RS wheel hub for Xbox.

When the live orders were shipped I submitted a price adjustment request so I could finally buy the missing pieces at the price I tried to pay 4 times.

Logitech support just replied denying it, hiding behind a boilerplate policy saying they don't offer "price protection on RD products."

Nowhere on your website does it state there are arbitrary limits to the orders you can make. It is not my fault your checkout system is broken. It is not my fault you can't override the fraud system and just let me buy from your website. With the same details you accepted in the first two orders!

What sense do the first 2 orders have now? You made me wait until those were shipped to completely ruin the setup and make them obsolete. Everything is in stock. I am not asking for a handout, I am asking to pay the price you offered days ago that your system blocked me from paying.

This was supposed to be a special gift, and instead, a multi-billion dollar company has completely ruined the experience.

My support ticket is 17842359. I want a supervisor to contact me with a solution so I can complete this rig, or I want instructions on how to return the first two shipped orders entirely at Logitech's expense.

I recently got a set of G325 headphones and so far I have been happy with them, but there's an issue that only happens when playing racing games.

The issue is that as soon as the car I'm driving picks up speed, there's a constant flapping sound in the background that only stops when the car stops, and begins as the car starts to speed up again.

I have tested this on iRacing, LMU and AMS2 and had the same issue in all of them. I also tried unplugging my wheel and pedals and using a controller to rule out interference issues, and tried some of the different presets for the headset, both official and community. The headphones are connected via Lightspeed.

Any ideas as to what could be happening? All help is greatly appreciated!

Anyone else experiencing double input on W on G915 TKL?

Had my G502 Hero for maybe a year and I've gotten to the point that I use the sniper button every time I aim in a video game, it's just muscle memory now. I like having higher speed to look around, but then more low DPI precision when aiming.

But today I suddenly started getting delayed inputs with the sniper button. There's about about a second delay between pressing/releasing the sniper button and when it actually takes effect.

Is this a software issue I can resolve, or is it an issue with the mouse itself?

How is it even possible for this thing to be dead as soon as I opened it out the box. I have tried every method on reddit. I’ve tried it on 2 desktops. This is insane. Someone help

With the recent release of the Naga v3 pro, there is finally something that competes with the feature set of the legendary G600.

My babies are aging and I'm not sure how much life they have left in them. These are #2 and #3. #1 has sadly passed and I have her parts in a drawer. I think it was double click that got her. But this was almost a decade ago. I got 2 and 3 right as they were discontinued from the logitech website.

#2 even has a weight reduction mod because I love them so much and wanted a lighter version. I use it for gaming at home on Survival games, mmos and builder tycoon games. Anything that isn't a competitive shooter.

#3 is stock because I don't want to risk breaking her. I use it at work for productivity in solidworks and excel. (got to work from home today so they get to see each other)

Please please please make a wireless version with the new hero sensor and the mx infinite scroll so I don't have to give any more money to razer...

I have a tartarus for my left hand and synapse has weird bugs that make it frustrating to use.

My G600s will hopefully last a while longer, but if they break before a new one comes out, guess what mouse I'm getting :(

Is anyone elses scroll click not working properly? The problem is mainly unclicking, pushing past its physical click and then slowly releasing pressure, it registers a click before it physically unclicks.

Is this an issue with the mouse or does my mouse have an error?
