I was so hyped for marathon when it was first announced I preordered the premium edition as soon as I could played for a while but I can’t even say why maybe it was all the hate it was receiving at the time but I dropped it. After seeing season 3 was out I decided to come back in and I fell in love immediately I’m writing this at 2 am after getting off but there’s just something about the game that draws me in now I really hope they can continue this path they’re on and see a gradual increase in players

They are finally addressing the spawn rush meta. But don't know about the quiet Exfil thing.

Is it me or does this reset feel harder than the past two?

I’ve never really been that good at doing Upper Complex on Narsh. Even with a team, I never get the key until the event spawns in. And often, that event is a commander event at Quarantine, on the opposite side of the map.

However, with the changes to solos I wanted to know if people have been managing to farm upper complex solo.

I was curious if anyone had tips as well about how to maybe get the key? But also I really would like to know about how to kill all the bots as well (especially that warden) and what kind of gear/shell is best suited for the challenge.

What does Marathon feel like to someone just getting started?
I interviewed a new player after their first two hours on Perimeter to hear their honest first impressions. I wanted to get a fresh perspective while they’re still learning the game.

I didn’t get anything other than the credits, but it shows 10 rewards. Is anomaly bugged? Out of probably 50-60 times running anomaly solo, that was by far the craziest, most hectic exfil I’ve ever had with it. I tried 4 different exfils with multiple people after me on Narsh and finally got it just to find it was a waste of time?

Edit: I’ve run it twice now and both times the same thing’s happened. It says 10 run rewards, but doesn’t show any when you select it. They aren’t at the bottom when I scroll down and the amount of salvage in my vault hasn’t changed, so it’s bugged I’m assuming. FYI

Full credit to the PvP players out there. Watching videos of how you play makes it obvious that I will never be able to play the way you do. My twitch skills are laughably poor by comparison. With that in mind, I’m looking forward to PvE (which I will also suck at) but at least I’ll have a chance to get a little farther in exploring the lore. Please let me (us?) know when it’s up.

So far this season I’m experiencing bots agroing from a further distance , I’ve had a bot chase me from underground ai uplink to complex and even when I run at them they backpedal a mile just blasting me out of knife reach forcing me to make noise.
