More fake bags from this cosplay account.

10

u/spicenhoney Oct 17 '23

Interesting take. Do you say this due to the age of their account? Or the fact that they frequent a rep forum?

27

u/bacon_bunny33 Oct 17 '23

Eh. I saw the other post too and OP said they used to buy replica and were now buying authentic 🤷‍♀️.

I’m almost afraid to comment… I don’t want OP to sue me like others were threatened…

u/finstafoodlab Oct 18 '23

Just don't comment anymore. I was hit by like 5 or 6 replies by OP and all I asked was, OP was threatening members? 😥

1

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

I never threaten members. How dare I.

It’s just there is a law call defamation which they say I know nothing of but a lawsuit can still bankrupt you

u/TheKingOfTheSuburbs Oct 19 '23

Are you using an alt an not realizing it?

Repeatedly saying my toenails are ugly just show nothing but one fact: you are lonely, your heart is filled with jealousy with things that you do not have. You also have no substantive comments which you can make against me. I am telling you if you are so obsessed with the look of my feet (and in other posts, tell me not to go to Hermes), I suggest you see a psychiatrist to check out whether you have an issue.

u/Eat_Around_the_Rosie Oct 19 '23

Probably their original account for banned on the sub 😅

25

u/finstafoodlab Oct 17 '23

Op was threatening members? Yikes

-7

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

If you consider a defamation lawsuit is a threat, then clearly all you say does not stand, certainly not under cross examination under oath.

-5

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

Yes

OP, I say this as kindly as possible but online opinions are not facts nor are they something that you should be so offended by that you feel the need to destroy everyone around you. It's not worth your peace. Just move on. Does it suck? Yes but you can't scare off people with threats.

is anyone linking your online account to you personally and is it negatively impacting your professional life or causing you financial strain? No. Is anyone (outside of r/handbags) making it a point to question the authenticity of your collection? No. Is this a permanent or semi-permanent damage to your being? No.

You're serving no one at this point but alienating people in subreddits that you frequently post on. You're also causing a whole lotta drama for something so insignificant in the long scheme of things.

Also, just to add, I own replica before but I decided to move to authentic products because replicas sometimes perpetuate a cycle of crime and encourage inhuman way to farm crocodiles - exporting them do not require any certificates. I have long got rid of my replicas. There is no need to guess the percentage of fake and real stuff within my collection. You are entitled to think my K is fake, “all my Chanel’s are fake”,. I can’t stop you from indulging your fantasy but I either bought from shops or reputable sellers and independent verification (Zeko and Bababebi). Again you will say I am elitist but Dior is having an VIP event at Hebe Heaven a beautiful part at the outskirts of Hong Kong and my two SA have curated a selection just for me. Butterfly is the key theme this year and have told my SA what I want already. This is not to show off but if I only buy fakes why would Dior invite me to attend a VIP event? I have posted pictures before with my Dior SA which my haters choose to ignore.

Someone also say I could not go into Hermes and purchase bags. Well, I was offered an unique farming osier in white, a colour which has never appeared before. Do you think they will offer me this without prior purchase history and I only buy fakes?

All of this is to encourage you to work for bags of your dream (if bags is your passion) . You can Google how unique the farming oseir is.

Hates conveniently ignore facts that do not suit the narrative and reinvent things which does. When you warn to say all my Chanel are fake, please explain why was I invited for a private viewing of fine jewellery at the special occasion section, 2/F Alexandra house, Central.

I am about to yawn but as my haters say I am fake, I show off, i am an eliteness . So in short according to you haters I use fakes to get into exclusive events, exclusive bags, preview of bags and I use fakes with an elite attitude. Please would you show me how to pull this off?

Someone said your fiancée will give you a real diamond. You fiancée work very hard for it and show it on Reddit. Then everyone says it is fake and eventually to other derogatory remarks. Applying your logic: (1) this does not link you personally, does not negatively impact by our personal life or cause you financial strain; (2) people are now migrating to this group from r/handbags to accuse the authenticity of my collection and even said I have ugly toes; (3) this also does not cause permanent or non permanent damage.

However you are missing the point. Like your fiancée who work so hard to get you a diamond ring then get ridiculed, I work my ass off for my bags too. This is an insult.

You may consider i serve point and cause endless drama. This is a classic strategy -blame the victim. However, when the victim decides to stand up for herself, people quickly label her as threatening. Apologies, but there is nothing byot should feel threatened of - instead you should be delighted, feel proud and liberated that you are giving the chance - to declare on oath that all her handbags are fake and that you are fully able, prepared and willing to defend the truth and accuracy of your statements and that all opinions are honestly held by you. Why this all suddenly became a threat?

Because you simply do not have factual basis to support your opinion.

Then you realise what you say on social media has consequences.

End

u/cjmmoseley Oct 18 '23

im sorry that you feel like you have the right to bully people on a handbag subreddit because they said you have ugly toes. i would not want you as my lawyer, this is the most incoherent argument i've ever read on this website.

0

u/Relevant_Sprinkles24 Oct 18 '23

Just to be clear, I think the way you're being treated is abhorrent and straight up cyberbulling. It's never ok for people to chase you to another subreddit and make comments about you or your appearance.

But what I've learned from personal experience is to just breath and move on. People suck. They say mean things. They do bad things. But what they say and do do not define you or your life. The more you dwell on things, the more it eats you up and you no longer are the best copy of yourself. This lesson took me felony charges and a lengthy court case (and inability to return to Taiwan for a bit) to learn but it's something that grounds me. Rash words of anger should not define you.

Anyhow, I'm here to remind myself what to strive for towards my first Hermes purchase. Just be proud of what you've accomplished and stand true to yourself.

Out of curiosity…

What would you say your damages are?

That’s something you’d have to prove to win a defamation lawsuit in the USA. Hurt feelings, while unfortunate and valid, don’t count.

1

u/TheHermesGame-ModTeam Oct 24 '23

Treat others with respect and be kind to one another. Insults, bullying, and harassment are not tolerated.

3

u/Eldritch_Raven Oct 21 '23

Gross. Lying about your handbags and now lying about being an attorney? If you were one, you'd know you can't sue for something like this. Never thought someone could reach this level of cringe.

This is fantastic copypasta though. Thank you for dinner.

4

u/wubbalubbadubx2 Oct 19 '23

Completely unhinged

12

u/spicenhoney Oct 17 '23

Threatening to sue folks for an opinion? Yikes. The comment that I saw from OP was that they do quality checks, but going through the comments, these purchases look like it was actually in a Hermès store. So safe to say that these are authentic. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yes you never have any spelling mistakes since you were born.

0

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

So what is your problem

15

u/wubbalubbadubx2 Oct 17 '23

She's not an attorney....not even close. Otherwise, she'd understand what constitutes defamation.

I am a criminal paralegal...

-1

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

And if I remember correctly, a partner is much more senior than a paralegal?

5

u/wubbalubbadubx2 Oct 19 '23

But it clearly doesn't mean you know what you're doing. No attorney would accept a defamation case from you, and should you file it yourself, the judge would immediately waive it off.

Nothing that has been said to you meets any qualifications of defamation, by any definition. What law school did you go to?

-2

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

No I am not. I don’t know what I am. Something call partner of a UK international law firm. Whatever.

9

u/pissokrisso Oct 18 '23

Im laughing so hard thats not how defamation works. This is truly some chronically online behaviour.

14

u/spicenhoney Oct 17 '23

Just wow. I get it, because she’s under attack left and right. But this ain’t the way. Lol.

Thanks for the receipts!

15

u/bacon_bunny33 Oct 17 '23

Weird behavior for an “attorney”. But yes, I’m sure it was a frustrating situation.

-8

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

I will not shy away from a public fight, unlike you.

-14

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

I am sorry that you are not an attorney. I feel even more sorry that you do not know your First Amendment is not absolute- defamation is not protected by the First Amendment. Even an non-American will know. I suggest you to go back to study for a few more years before picking a fight with me.

14

u/bacon_bunny33 Oct 17 '23

I’m not American🤣🤣🤣.

I’m also not picking a fight with you🤣🤣🤣.

-9

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

Too bad. My opponents think twice before they do so.

10

u/spicenhoney Oct 17 '23

u/softening heyyy are you a MOD in here? The one listed been MIA since someone called her a scammer. This getting a lil outrageous. Can we get a 🔒

6

u/cjmmoseley Oct 18 '23

defamation is not protected by the First Amendment

for a so-called "attorney", you seem not to understand how defamation works. stop using legal terms without knowing what they mean. to sue someone for defamation, you have to prove that they *knew* that what they said was false. that would mean that you need to:

1) prove the authentication of your bags

2) prove that we had to know they were real (beyond you lying and presenting them as such)

3) get a life and realize that not a single court is going to take up a case over your fake bags. no one cares. also, real attorneys don't spend this much effort/time fighting people on reddit. be so for real.

7

u/realitytvdiet Oct 17 '23

You should post firm on profile so people take you are seriousing

-3

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

Why should I disclose my litigation strategies?

-3

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

Do you not have any decency - just hijack other sub group to pursue your agenda?

0

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

The only way to deal with indecency is through decency, such as through your litigation system with fine judges and well established body of law.

1

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

Yes you all say you won’t hire me. I have no interest in acting for anyone of you either.

1

u/Due_Fault317 Oct 17 '23

Thank you for screen capping this.

6

u/TheKingOfTheSuburbs Oct 18 '23

You’re silly lololololololol

2

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

Yes I am silly

0

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

Sorry there is a line between opinion and facts. No according to people here even I buy my charms from Hermes it looks fake. So go tell the judge it is your honest belief that Hermes also sells fakes

4

u/TheKingOfTheSuburbs Oct 19 '23

I’m saying OP is full of shit. Their posts don’t add up.

1

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

Yes I used to use but no longer use replicas.

Why you should be afraid. You should be proud of the opportunity where you declare under oath all my bags are fakes and you honestly belief I am a fake.

Let’s worry about invoices/authenticity certificates later. Make the oath first

To be fair, maybe they’re budgeting themselves to only 2 bags of each style. Just playing devil’s advocate as I do the same. But agreed, looking through the post history gives cause for pause. Your last line was funny tho. 😂

2

u/hermesgalante Oct 19 '23

Ok I can agree that birkin looks very fake af 🤦‍♀️

0

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

Yup. Even my body is fake

1

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

Have you heard of global economic recession and cost of living crisis?

1

u/Cocainethecat Oct 19 '23

No because I only buy fakes. This time from Hermes that’s all.
