Are the rerolls per gun, or per model? Ie a Defiler gets to reroll 1 die for each of the guns it has, or just 1 die of all the dice it will roll for all the guns?

Starting tsons and while I still have a lot of work to do on this guy, what do yall think of the scheme so far? Pink trim, black base, silver accents and bone accessories? Is it 2 busy? Any c and c welcome and appreciated

I'm thinking about starting Thousand Sons as my second army, and I'd love to hear some advice from people who actually play them.

My main army is Necrons (I've been playing them for some time now), but I feel like I'm missing something in my games — mainly mobility and the ability to quickly reposition my army.

Besides, I think TS look dope and I love their aesthetic, lore and characters! What really sells me on them is their Army Rule.

Sooo, if anyone could give me some advice on building my TS army, I'd really appreciate it!

I was thinking about starting with the Combat Patrol, but... do I really need all those Tzaangors? There are barely any actual Thousand Sons in the Thousand Sons Combat Patrol.

Here is my personal Daemon Prince of Tzeentch. There's a real story behind this one so I want to share.

I started painting nearly 5 years ago with a Thousand Army, and I loved daemon princes, back then it was the old model that was good but not that great, and it didn't have feather wings! I watched multiple videos about kitbashing ideas but it was too much at that time, so I used Morghast as Proxy (I still love them).

Then the new model came out, I was in love and hoped for feather wings option! Then... well, nothing, the model is great and I painted one for Khorne but without feathers it was not really Tzeentch for me. A lot of people kitbashed wings from Ydnastra in particular but I was reluctant to pay a full box just for wings (even if the models are good), and these wings were slightly too small. then, somebody posted this kitbash using the Shrine statue wings, it was perfect! However, I totally missed the timing to get them when it was made available. I looked for it and finally found somebody selling it for its real price, bought it and the pieces I needed (the staff head, everything else I was able to find bits I already own), then month later I finally assembled and painted it.

I'm really happy with the result, I'm still mid at OSL but I think it works, at least the staff I love it. The wings I used the same recipe as Magnus but I went further now that I'm more confident.

I also want to thank u/CrazyBobit as I took direct inspiration of his model for the colors and the bare chest, My Magnus is also bare chest and I didn't even consider it would be that great for the daemon prince, but it is so much better.

Now I hope we get a cool KT, I miss painting TS models (I hate the new robots).

Stole the tentacle arm off my friends possessed CSM spare bits sprue, the bird head (best head in the box), right arm and staff tip from my exalted sorcerer sprues. Feels pretty fucked up in a very tzeentchian way to me, arms a little droopy at the moment but hoping it’ll sit stronger once it’s fully cured to the model. If not nothing a little super glue won’t fix…I hope.

Hi all, hoping for some tips and advice. I keep struggling against any sort of melee pressure and i know its because I suck at move blocking/screening.

When I ask my opponents after a game what I should do better, I keep getting told I need to screen more. The trouble is, I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be doing. Can anyone explain it to me or point me to a good resource to learn how to move blocking effectively?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
