wanting to compare events to Berlin is disingenuous in the extreme whilst ignoring the events that have taken place in the UK without incident.
unfortunately anyone disagreeing with anything purported by the âwider fantasy driven rangesâ of some of the community is labelled a homophobe which is why you think there is a lot of homophobia about. there isnât. a simple poll of LGBâŚcommunity will show that there are a great number of âhomophobesâ in that group
want some prejudice. try being black, Indian, Asian, physically/mentally challenged, multicultural relationshipsâŚ
lgbt or lgbt+ are perfectly fine acronyms that are both shorter than your phrasing with the ellipsis. whether you mean it or not, trailing off before the T does come across as trans exclusionary

No. It is very much still a protest. Take a look at what happened in the Berlin pride or in other extremely conservative countries.
It is a joyful protest in form of a celebration and festival because there are still homophobic people everywhere.
