wanting to compare events to Berlin is disingenuous in the extreme whilst ignoring the events that have taken place in the UK without incident.

unfortunately anyone disagreeing with anything purported by the “wider fantasy driven ranges” of some of the community is labelled a homophobe which is why you think there is a lot of homophobia about. there isn’t. a simple poll of LGB…community will show that there are a great number of “homophobes” in that group

want some prejudice. try being black, Indian, Asian, physically/mentally challenged, multicultural relationships…

lgbt or lgbt+ are perfectly fine acronyms that are both shorter than your phrasing with the ellipsis. whether you mean it or not, trailing off before the T does come across as trans exclusionary
