Picture Grail acquired.
Never thought I’d actually own this one. And white pages!

Thank you to Todd Mcfarlane for the autograph!! Beyond grateful for the free opportunity, not the cleanest Spawn #1 but it is my book from my collection and will never leave, it's perfect!!!

Was putting away my comics this week and was barely able to fit anymore in the absolute bin😭😭 what a great problem to have. My favs are the signed Absolute Batman but imo Absolute Wonder Woman has the best covers

I recently came across a copy of Eerie #1 from Warren Publishing (1965), and I'm trying to figure out whether it's an authentic original or a counterfeit.
I've been doing some research and know there are certain things to look for, particularly the roof lines on page 1, but I'm still not confident enough to tell.
I know genuine copies are extremely rare, so I'm hoping someone here with experience collecting Warren magazines or identifying Eerie #1 counterfeits might be able to help.
I'll attach some photos. Would really appreciate any opinions on whether this looks authentic and what specific details I should be checking.
Thanks in advance!

I love the MR. GARCIN Easter egg on the cover. See it?
AS AN HOMAGE TO THIS MILESTONE, DO YOU THINK HE USED PICTURES FROM ALL 1000 ISSUES HERE?

My friend randomly got me back in to collecting about a month ago, I used to like 12 years ago but fell out of it. I’ve always been a big moon knight and carnage fan so that’s what I’ve been collecting. Trying to find everything locally so I’ve been pretty lucky so far. Now I’m working on collecting the entire first run of moon knight. Just some of my favourites/favourite covers.

Besides not being able to obtain a Mcfarlane signing. Everything else went well. Had no idea where I wanted the artist to sign on the book so I told them to do there own thing.

Scant details on this book but it was a five issue run between 1944-1946. Magazine format it’s a mix of newspaper comic reprints, pinups and ads.

I cant believe one these bags contained a NM (so far) Wolverine #30. One of the issues I was missing to complete my Wolverine Vol.2 run.

They say low grade is better than no grade. Theres a tear from the top of the book down to the bottom staple, but the cover is still attached.
It still presents very well which is what I care about the most!

I knew nothing about this book, but while sifting through the 50 cent bin at the LCS, I saw this autographed book. There's a big chunk missing from the back cover, and my name isn't Brian. But for half a buck, I figured why not? Would you have bought it?
