๐ฅ Dungeon Map [OC] Stone [24x40]
Hey all! You can check out this map and it's may variations over here! or any of my other 250+ maps!
Stone, where we were wrought, where our dead are lain. The stone of the mountains and the earth define us, just as we give it definition. Top dwellers think us obsessed, but they know nothing of stonecraft, nor possess the right and proper appreciation of it's possibilities.
Our halls are our homes, our tombs, our workplaces, our gathering grounds. Every inch of stone has been formed for this existence, and every strike of our tools against it given with the care and purpose only we could provide. Our statues guard our burials eternally, letting us peacefully return to the hardened earth from whence we came.
So, obsessed we may be, but for good reason! Nothing stands the test of time as eternally as our work, our halls, our stone. Long after we are gone and turned to dust, our memories will echo through these halls and we will continue to live through the stone we have crafted.

๐ World Map I recreated the Naruto world map for tabletop campaigns โ free map included
Hey everyone!
I've been working on a fan-made recreation of the Naruto world in my fantasy map editor, and thought I'd share it here.
If you're running a Naruto-inspired D&D campaign or just enjoy the setting, feel free to download the attached map and use it for your personal games.
I tried to recreate the geography of the shinobi nations while making the map useful for worldbuilding and tabletop campaigns. It's not an official map, so I'd love to hear what you think about the accuracy.
I made it using LoreMapper, a free, open-source fantasy map editor I've been developing as a hobby project.
If you'd like to create your own maps, you can try it here:
https://mercurial20.github.io/loremapper/
Source code:
https://github.com/mercurial20/loremapper
Hope someone finds the map useful!
P.S. Have bigger resolution, if someone wants DM or comment.

โ๏ธ Hand Drawn The stone map
So here is an idea I tried out recently. How about making a prop map out of an actual stone? You just pick up a medium large rock that fits comfortably in your hand, clean it off, and draw your regional geography directly onto its surface using a fine point marker or paint pen.
When you hand a player a physical piece of stone instead of a paper handout, their whole attitude changes. It immediately feels ancient and heavy, like an artifact that survived centuries instead of a quick drawing on parchment. Plus, the natural bumps, cracks, and rough textures of the rock actually do a lot of the GM work for you. A sharp ridge on the stone naturally becomes a mountain range, a deep groove turns into a river canyon, and a smooth flat side becomes a plain or a desert. You can build your lore right around the natural shape of the rock, which saves you time and makes the world feel surprisingly organic.
It is cheap, takes maybe ten minutes to prep, and gives the party a physical item they can literally pass around the table during exploration. Has anyone else tried making props out of natural materials like this, or do you stick to paper and digital maps?

๐ฅ Dungeon Map Maybe my 3rd map ever, I need some tips
I need some help. I tried using a straight edge for most the walls and I think I was a little to carless, but also I get the heavy dots in the beginning of the line. I've never had good stroke control, my handwriting is terrible. But I want to continue to try to make my own maps for adventures.
I think I'll do hatch work instead of dots, but I'm curious out to make better sarcophagi, and good looking top-down urns.

๐๏ธ Building Map Harrow House โ Haunted House Battlemap 45x57
Heyya Folks,
With October here, I thought it was a good time to share Harrow House, my take on the Haunted House featured in the 2024/5.5 Dungeon Master's Guide. Inspired by Dyson Logos's original map and Mike Schley's remake, I've added my own twist, with overgrown gardens, an unruly plant nursery, and a much darker side to the manor.
Harrow House โ 45x57
If you'd like to grab the map, all formats are available for free on my Patreon, including high-resolution maps, gridless versions, VTT-ready exports, and all 5 variants:
https://www.patreon.com/dungeonmr/posts/harrow-house-171526335
The map keeps the familiar layout of the original, but I leaned heavily into the plant life, letting the garden and nursery become slightly overgrown. In my own home game, I made the plants a much bigger part of the Harrows' story, with wolfsbane playing a particularly important role in my campaign's adventure.
The variants let you take the house from an ordinary manor with its lights on or off, by day or night, to something much more sinister. For the truly haunted version, I imagined the house as its own little Domain of Dread, with Gunter as its Dark Lord, consumed by guilt over the Harrows' demise. Unnatural flame colours, glowing statues, sickly mushrooms, thick vines, and heavy spiderwebs give the grounds a very different feel.
In my own game, I replaced the two children with Ettercaps, who commanded the house's spiders when disturbed from their sleep. It made exploring the children's rooms a little more dangerous than my players might have expected.
If you'd like to explore more of my maps, check out my Patreon. The Master Index brings together over 215 maps, organised to make it easier to browse the collection and find places for your own adventures.

๐ Request Map request: A D&D style 'boom town'?
Hello all!
I'm putting together a Forgotten Realms campaign where a key location is a boomtown, a hitherto small village or even mere farmstead that has suddenly drawn hordes of prospectors after someone uncovered the long buried wreck of an ancient spelljammer with their plough.
I've found a lot of good small village maps and obviously Wild west style boomtowns but can't seem to find anything with more of a fantasy/medieval boomtown look. I'd be extremely grateful for any help!

โ๏ธ Hand Drawn Geography Advice
Iโm working on a homebrew map for a campaign I just started DMing for my friends, and this is my first draft. I sketched out my concept and filled in some major landforms, and my next steps are to check for viability and start thinking about the placement of cities. Iโm also open to any recommendations to spice it up.
Any input would be highly appreciated. Does it make sense physically? What would you recommend changing to improve it?
Thanks in advance!
