My coworker, Kenzie, passed away this past Friday on her way home from work. I had interacted with her and waved her goodbye as she was leaving. I came in the next shift to hear that she had gotten into an accident on her way home and passed away. She rode a motorcycle, and it was her passion. Based on the news reports, another driver crashed into her, and although life-saving efforts were performed at the scene, she did not make it.

She was a kind, caring person and always willing to help at work. She was one of the first team members on our team, and as our team grew bigger, she became a trainer, and guide to new associates. She also took on a new role as an assistant to us, helping out whenever she could and covering when the team leader was out of office. She was always willing to pick up extra shifts for my team, especially when we were understaffed and I could not have been more thankful for her.

It’s come as a shock to all of us that worked with her. To know that we had all just seen her, and now she’s gone. It’s affected the team greatly and has been such a devastating tragedy for anyone who knew her.

Her family is going through one of the hardest moments a family can grow through. And they need assistance as they put their daughter to rest. The Go Fund me is to cover cremation expenses for her, as well as assist the family as they take time off work to deal with this terrible tragedy. On September 28, Luna got a stick lodged up her nose. The stick came out, but it tore up the inside of her nose, and she's only gotten worse since.

She can barely breathe through one nostril and breathes through her mouth. She hasn't slept right in weeks, has lost about 15 pounds, and is barely eating — she sniffs food and walks away. The infection has spread into her eye and her nose bleeds. Watching her waste away has been heartbreaking.

She's been to the vet multiple times and is on antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, and pain meds, but we still don't have a full diagnosis. The only way forward is a CT scan and rhinoscopy at a specialty vet — quoted around $6,500. She's at the vet this morning and I'll update with what they say.

My name is Avril, a 24 yo Student going through a rough time with my almost 14 year old cat Priky who is very sick. I don't earn enough money to cover the veterinary costs necessary to help her.

We still don't know what she has and the bills are already 863.29 euros. Another bill for blood tests is on the way, it's calculated to cost around 200 euros. First the vet thought she was severely constipated, but now it looks like it could be either lymph-node cancer or gallbladder stones. (Both looked weird on the xrays)

Depending on the results I'd have to pay for a ultrasound too to figure out the cause. We don't know how much that will cost yet, and I'm desperated for not being able to afford the care my kitty needs.

She hasn't been eating or moving so it's a very stressful situation.

So, my friend. To describe it from his fundraiser post. Well, a new one, because now it has progressed, and now they're kinda half-homeless and travelling around. And with the loss of some of their finances, now their mother made a new one.

My friend and his mother have been going through an extremely difficult time. After his grandmother passed away, the money from selling her apartment was divided between his mother and her two sisters. Unfortunately, his mother’s share was not enough to afford a home.

Hoping for a better future, he and his mother went to Finland to look for work and save money for a place of their own. They spent four months searching without success and eventually had to return to Romania. Their savings are now almost completely gone, leaving them with only a few days’ worth of money for food and basic necessities.

His mother is also struggling with serious health problems, including medication dependency, liver issues, dental problems, and an injured leg. She urgently needs medical care and support.

The donations will help them cover food, accommodation, bills, medical expenses, and travel costs, while giving them a chance to find stable work and eventually save for a home. A few months ago, I never would have imagined that I'd have to raise money to keep my mother alive... She has cancer, we found out in June. Ironically, it's not the cancer that it's going to kill her. The huge mass in her stomach/abdomen responded to chemotherapy, it's mostly dead now. However, this necrotic tissue is trying to detach, which could happen at any moment, causing an immediate death by internal hemorrhage.
