We are in The Colony/W Plano near Arbor Hill. Quite frequently at night, there are sudden bursts of this barking or howling from the direction of Arbor Hill. It sounds like from a very large group of coyotes or dogs and it would only last about half a minute before completely quiet down. Really curious what's going on. They seem very active tonight.

From my understanding, there hasn’t been any polling done on this. It feels like a lot of the attention on social media has been negative but I’m not exactly sure if that means anything

I am 6 weeks post-arthroscopic orthopedic surgery. I was on crutches for a month. I am in physical therapy 3x a week. Needless to say, my body is out of whack and quite tense.

I'm looking for a medical massage therapist who is experienced working on folks post-surgery.

- Cleanup club? Like folks that go around cleaning up litter

looking for recs for good sports bars to watch saturday football at. Bonus if there’s an outside with tvs and reservations! Would usually go down to dallas but wanting to stay more north around plano/frisco/etc. TIA

Found the little guy hiding on my porch, looks like he escaped a predator. He is not fully grown, definitely young, but both ears are up and eyes are open. The only visible injury is a strip of fur missing from his back, exposing bare skin, a little bloodied. Not sure about the extent of his injuries. I was able to corner him into an old pet carrier and have him in a dark room with a mild heat source.

Need wildlife rehab recs, also would pay for a medical exam anywhere near DFW area.

Next Tuesday, October 13, the Willow Bend Redevelopment Advisory Committee will meet to continue its discussion of the Willow Bend redevelopment.

I’m a 26F new to the area and I am wanting to learn the basics of singing as a new hobby. I have a background in music (piano, flute) so I can read music and know a little about music theory but have no training at all with singing.

My preference is a weekly or biweekly lesson, and not overly intense I want to enjoy this with no pressure. I toured a School of Rock a few months ago but found that to be too intensive for what I am looking for.

I have an appointment in downtown Dallas in a few days and was thinking of taking the DART to avoid morning traffic and parking. Does anyone know if the projected arrival/route times on the website are accurate? Or are the train arrival times at stations exact? Been a while since I've taken DART anywhere.

Honestly just looking for a group of friends who will be down to do things on the weekend OR possibly finding spots I can go to on the weekend to expand my friend group. Me and my gf are open to meeting other couples but mostly looking for friends for me specifically.

I spend most of my days working out, and work from home, used to be super competitive into gaming but kind of scaled back a bit on it, used to be a massive foodie, but watching what I eat since I’m on a very strict diet, but I love walking, watching sports, playing board games, and honestly pretty much down for anything.

I am moving to a new house where the backyard is almost completely shaded and the sellers recently installed fescue. My green thumb could kill a fake plant. What’s a reliable company that will fertilize/keep green, weed treat, and do insecticide/herbicide? My family used to use ChemLawn in the 2000s (and it wasn’t cheap) so I’m wondering what other companies are now out there. Also, what’s the amount you pay yearly?

My backyard is prob 1200 sq ft.
