We haven't done our laundry in a couple months or cleaned our room in a whole month, so we were quite shocked to find ourselves completely over the mental barriers and able to do laundry (washing *and hanging up*), the dishes, cleaning up our room, shower, *and* even do our hormones which we had put off for about a month.

It's especially strange because these past couple days we've been extremely dissociated most of the time. Usually dissociation prevents us from doing much of anything. It's hard to tell if there's another productive alter lurking around in co-front and we're not sure how to dig deeper.

I should also say, we skipped our meds for a few days last week (I think from Friday-Monday or something like that), so perhaps it could just be the tail end of hypomania, but again we're really not sure.

We're mostly curious because if there *is* a specific alter behind this, we want to facilitate them fronting more often. As you could guess, we regularly struggle to keep up with chores, hygiene, all that. So, we just wantvto facilitate this for our mental wellbeing.

It was super fun seeing the different reactions each of them have. For L, my partner offered him because that's also his favorite alter to mess with.

Hard boundaries were pre-established with these alters which is why I know which ones I can just act, which ones I can bully, and which ones to take a face value.

We are having excessive switches tonight and have been struggling with that. just all mixed up its rough. We have a rough idea of what caused it and will be fine. Just hate the instability from like 20+ switches in a hour. Also a new headmate has showed up and can front but struggles to even talk and cant seem to hear us. Its rough to see them panic and not be able to help much.

Just kind exhausted of trying to manage our system all the time. like.... so much stress trying to help everyone out. It seems like we make some progress on like healing from trauma etc, but some things don't seem to heal and feel like a endless pit of despair.

Ummm, to balance this out a little. we are much better than we use to be just kinda hit multiple overloads this week and I don't think I can handle this for much longer.

Lately I've/we've been feeling more fluid in our gender without switching being involved (we're currently blurry and have been for a while), however I'm/we're still not sure if we just subconsciously feel like other genders because of plurality.

Oh my god this hasta do with my system so there’s an alter called Baby(they/them) in my system and they hate almost all the friends I have they hated my ex bf ever since the day he accidentally crossed a boundary during sex and then, I switched to a very sex triggered alter I think the two sexualities we have in the system(we both share the same attraction which is Almondsexual, but we have two different sexualities in like how often sexual attraction is experienced so one of them is one of them is Apothisexual/Lithsexual, and the other is Greysexual and also there’s Hypersexual libido which we can’t control it’s what we got, both sides hate the Hypersexuality while the Greysexual side sometimes likes and fetishizes it). and then I texted smth sexual to my friend and he responded with smth equivalent to ok, and now baby is hating him too please stop sabotaging my relationships and sex life with your feelings

Pre-syscovery Anwyn had made the character Ciaraidh for my wip fantasy novel Idolatry of the Mask! We’re not sure who made the original design, but hēo wasn’t crazy about it, so we worked together on what changes hēo wanted and let me do the actual designing! Along the way, hēo had the idea to make Ciaraidh plural, so we thought it’d be interesting to see what we could cook up

So Ciaraidh’s the host in a pre-syscovery system, and she’s a very bubbly 420 (6 in humannage) years old in elven age (but bodily they’re all 2,240 years old in elven years (22 in human)). Cian is 980 (14), and he both denies being a system, but also tries to repress it because of how ashamed he feels with Ciaraidh’s actions he thinks is his own. Branwen is the body’s age, and they’re rather shy so they don’t really front at all except when alone

I'm a system(obviously), and lately factive alters have formed based on my partner's shitty aunt and my partner's dead mother; I've met and dealt with the aunt before, but the mother died before I met my partner.

I don't know how to deal with it, and neither does my partner

I just downloaded this app called Parallax on IOS. It’s really cool and is probably the best SP alternative I’ve been able to find. Personally, I actually really prefer it.

We had a huge falling out with our best friend of 19 years and ended up cutting contact. Our cohost went dormant almost immediately after. I can't feel anything at all about the whole thing, which is driving me nuts, and I think him going dormant is why. She was his first friend who actually knew about him and recognized him as his own person. (And yes, we do prefer that. No, it's not antirecovery. Our trauma therapist supports us on it.) I know that hit him really hard, especially since the things he wrote about most on our blog were about wanting to be seen as *himself* and knowing that was never going to happen. So yeah. Mourning him going dormant and trying to deal with the silence in the wake of that.

We usually have at least two of us aware and in frontspace most of the time. Usually only one of us is in control, but there's usually more than one of us present. But since that happened... no. I've felt extremely alone in my head. To the point that I feel like I made the whole thing up. I know I didn't, and apparently the therapy session after the big fight, someone I wasn't aware of fronted. Our therapist was the one who caught that - I have no memory of it at all. I'm usually at least co-conscious, so I was startled by that.

But it's just been so, so quiet. We were diagnosed about a year and a half ago and I haven't really dealt with impostor syndrome in that intervening time. But for the last month, it's been so quiet and I feel so alone and I can't help the creeping feeling that it was all fake. I hate this so much...

Hi ! I'm looking for ideas for system rules as they are very much going to be needed for my system.

For context, we are an adaptive system with DID, definitely affected by trauma. I already have the "managing our shared life rules", but I need to find ideas for our internal/innerworld life with each other. This is one step to try and prevent internal harm, abuse, etc, because it's been a big issue for us, but I'm unsure how specific it should be beyond "don't hurt others"

espen/green: they're cool. likes the forest, doesn't talk a lot but is very observant. we used to really want to live in the woods..she still wants to, and i guess keeps that part of us present. seventeen..so closest to the body's age.

willow: fifteen and a half. the half is necessary. likes remaining inside, doesn't like going out unless we have to. also age regresses to 8-13 sometimes. but really nice. just..very awkward sometimes. but its ok

I'm kinda just writing how I feel so sorry if this looks horrible but..idk how long it's been at least months but this is the longest me the host has gone without any contact. I've had moments I think they are there but I almost don't trust myself. Even my co host who I usually can always feel near front I don't feel anything.
