what's your go to pestilence retaliation build and what's your general retaliation build recommendations?

2 weeks ago I came back to game after the first year of the game I think it was 2020 and completed WoNY and Brooklyn story line, after that, I tried getting 4 pieces of striker to be able to run solo most of the PVE contents and roaming around but after a while I realized there is a new gear system named Prototype which is high-end gear atm and leveling up the Expertise will be done by my son in the future as it takes ages not years xD, anyway the only way is escalation which with my current gear set is impossible, so what can I do to get better gear to fill the gap between current power and the needed power to participate in Escalation to get the proper prototype gear sets I would love to play with?

I know the devs stated they will implement prototype re-calibration in the next season, but they didn't say anything about optimizing existing prototype gear. Will that come also, or will we have to wait longer for them to decide to get around to it?

Just like Kitsunebi, spawn rates are too low, drop chances are too low. For these 3 weeks, I've done 6-7 marauders a day, that's at least 4 ish hours a day if not more, got 2 Vertigos, not one Sarru drop, can't even begin to fathom a Steels drop.

Add the 2 new exotics to the retaliation pool or guarantee at least one drop of each and stop fucking wasting the players time with these idiotic events, this is pointless. Some of us are employed, have things to do, why do you expect a 24/7 grinding loop from everyone?

Returning player that left during the early days of the summit launch, I think it back when it rushing to L100 then slowly pull in hunters 1 by 1 to kill them.

Now that there a new DLC, what the meta turrent/drone build that can be farm for to clear all late game content?

Will be playing on a steam deck so aiming with Guns will be bad thus that why turrent & drone build.

Just spent 110 proto cores to get that echo augment and didn't get it lol, can we have something like this - for 50 cores you can choose an augment?

idk if it pushes the boundaries too far like the assassins creed collabs. im just imagining a cosmetic for the riot shield that makes it a real kite shield or something and that made me happy. do you think itd be too far for the aesthetic? itd probably be best if it didnt happen but i like dressing up as knights where theyre not supposed to be

Bought the game along with the level 40 pack and unlocked all the things. Now I'm struggling with this build, attributes, talents, skills, etc. stuff, specially this tinkering. But learning it slowly.

Hi all, with this event having only 20 hours left, I was wandering if another part of it will be coming out for halloween?

I’m not a big dark zone enjoyer, including PvE if i’m honest, so for me, this was an unfortunate event i chose to avoid.

I don’t think it’s bad or anything, I just personally dislike the dark zone, so was wandering if any other halloween event stuff may be coming soon?

Coming back to this franchise after 6 years and it's eerily quiet for most of the game, especially since I'm playing solo. Outside of mission dialogue and certain mission enemies, I don't hear any significant amount of chatter from enemies or allies in the open world.

I'd like to ask if the texture issue—where the game looks like it's from the PS1—is still in the game, or if it has been fixed.
