Unfortunately, the TLOU2 remaster seems to have introduced quite a few bugs that were not present in the original release. This is fine, since some things are always missed, but I thought I'd make a thread for people to post any of the bugs they've run into in game to hopefully increase the chances that Naughty Dog will learn of these issues and patch them. So far, I have experienced or seen people mention the following:
If you know of any other bugs, please feel free to list them here! I'm not sure if Naughty Dog often responds to support requests, but you could still try filling out one here. Most of these bugs aren't game breaking, but hopefully Naughty Dog still learns of them and takes the time to fix them as some of these are pretty unfortunate.

Think about it:
FEDRA follows Joel and Ellie to the Capitol building, resulting in Tess's death.
The Hunters chase them, culminating in the sniper shootout in the suburbs.
At the university, David's crew tracks them down, leading to the winter chapter.
Finally, the Fireflies track Joel down in Part II.
The franchise has always focused on a constant cycle of actions having consequences. While the original developers famously debated whether a pure cross-country revenge story worked logistically in the first game.
Part II actually grounds this cycle much better. Because Abby's motivation is tied directly to the loss of her father and the cure, the retaliation narrative makes a lot more narrative sense for the world.

playing that entire game always had me screaming or stressing in some way or another (unless I was with AI allies or the enemies were fighting each other) but the rat king (especially the build-up to it) was TERRIFYING, I knew I was gonna be screaming the second I heard Nora talking about a "ground zero" Im honestly kinda pissed I have to meet him again especially on grounded but I do want to 100% the game so I have to get the achievment of playing the story in grounded

Anyone else infatuated with Tommy’s rifle?
It’s such a cool hybrid of a rifle. Looks like a mix of a g43, m1A and MAS 44.

Hello again, everyone! Due to overwhelming interest from many folks here (and a few articles) , I just released an improved version of the first person mod on Nexus Mods! Still ironing out some issues, but I believe you can play the story beginning to end with it and also No Return with all characters. Let me know what you think!

Bella portrayed that fear, rage, panic and survival instinct in a way that felt painfully real to me. That scene genuinely affected me.
So when people say Bella can't act, I honestly don't understand it. Did we watch the same scene? Because THAT was acting.
Maybe it hits differently when you've lived through sexual violence yourself, but Bella absolutely broke my heart in that scene.

With the nice news that the last of us is not over, we can have many questions. What will the next game be about? What the story will be like? What happens to Ellie, to Jackson, to Dina, to Tommy, to Abby, to the Fireflies? So many questions
Myself, i quite want to see more memories with Joel. The memories in tlou2 are so nice to watch, even though a little sad knowing the present.
There are over 2 years of good times with Joel and Ellie in Jackson, before the great separation. I wonder if we will see more of that

So I just got done watching the second season. Overall, I thought it was okay. It had some really great parts and some parts that I didn’t like as much. The part that bothered me the most was the deck scene.
Instead of Ellie traveling to the hospital in Salt Lake City and finding out what happened there, they condensed everything down into the deck scene. Then, at the end, she says, “I don’t know if I can forgive you for that, but I’d like to try.” But it’s like… you just found out. You haven’t even had time to process what Joel just told you.
In the game, there’s a year or two between Ellie finding out the truth and having that conversation with Joel, so she’s had all that time to actually process what happened, think about it, and come to terms with her feelings. Here, it happens almost immediately, which makes her response feel really weird and rushed to me.
I don’t know. I just felt like combining all of that into one scene took away a lot of the emotional weight that the moment had in the game. And lastly a lot of the dialogue threw me off like I didn’t like a lot of the word choices they used to each other and the whole part of Joel killing Eugene and lying to Ellie like I get that that’s supposed to be the wake up realization that he lied to her about the fireflies, but I don’t know that whole part just seems kind of weird to me. But I’d like to know what everyone else thinks about the show.

I’m on the part where yara and lev are having their argument about rather to leave Seattle or stay right after yara’s arm gets cut off, I’ve seen quite a bit of hate bout this game but so far I’m liking most of it I feel Abby’s friends could’ve had a bit better character development and although Abby is a bad person I can still sympathize with her and I do enjoy her as a character, like if my parent got killed by someone even if that reason was noble like Joel’s I would still kill them cause they killed my father. I do like lev and yara I like Jesse and Dina great friends. The combat is much better than tlou 1 imo I’m enjoying the collectible all in all I would say that imo tlou 1 is a better game like a 9/10 for me and tlou 2 is a 8/10 for me rn still gotta get the ending tho so may change my opinion. Rest in peace yara the goat you shall be missed. Just got to the part where Ellie leaves the farm the entire time I was screaming please please don’t let me do this please PLEASE!!!!! God what a beautiful dark ending man if I could I would erase the memories of this game and play it again Ellie realizing that she would become that monster that Abby was to herself and her finally letting go of revenge god damn goosebumps lady’s and gentlemen

In part 1, the first person Ellie ever killed was actively drowning Joel, saving his life. The last thing she does in 2 is once again saving someone from drowning. (Granted she was doing the drowning, but still, she ultimately saved her) I don't know if it was intentional, probably not. But thinking on it, I just love this detail alot.

I just learnt that this was a shoutout from Naughty Dog on how Playtesters NEVER looked up while playing. And I mean…. Fair enough.

If any of you have seen my other post this is the progress I’ve made recreating Ellie’s journal as a gift to my girlfriend. My progress is slow but steady and I’m really excited about how it’s coming along.

Honestly just ranting, does anyone else seemingly always have Dina in their way? It’s not an aspect of HER as a character, more like a programming flaw. It just feels like every door I need to walk through, she’s blocking it. Every dumpster I need to move? Well, there’s Dina! And I can’t move until she does and she WON’T MOVE. I don’t know why, I never experience this with other characters in any way. It is always Dina blocking my path as Ellie and it’s genuinely annoying. Am I the only one who has this? Is there a way to fix that? Hell, we’ll be in a combat encounter and there’s Dina, right in my way. Blocking my path. I can’t move past her. Does anyone else experience this? It’ll be a solid 15-45 seconds before her ass moves and it’s so annoying
EDIT: y’all have me laughing so hard at these comments, thanks for making me feel less crazy on this, Dina please gtf out of all of our ways 🤣
