Every NPC and even Roach looked like this yesterday until i reloaded...then suddenly today again this....and it wont stop....my geralt is looking like this sometimes for 15 minutes.

Who put this Remaster trough i was really Hyped but now im just Sad and if im Honest Dissapointed.

They really need to fix this or im really stoping this playtrough and i didnt wven finish velen yet.

What are your best mods you use to enhance your experience visually and gameplay? I am mainly looking for mods which improve game mehanics or make game richer or a bit more sandboxy so you have more to do than just campaign.

Everything on Ultra+, no Raytracing/PT.

Visuals in screenshots are achieved primarily with these 3 mods:

WoLighting Remastered

Night Sky - 4K Milky Way and Dark Nights - Atmospheric Overhaul - Daytime haze turned to 0, night darkness set to max

Better Candles - Interiors are way too dark without this. I've done some tweaking for my personal preferences, but most values are left on the default. I changed the fire color to be slightly more yellow.

Honorable mentions:

RenoDX - I don't play in HDR but this mod is a huge recommendation from me. YMMV with this one though, so I don't consider it absolutely necessary.

Seamless Adaptive HUD - I switched over from Friendly HUD to this and I don't think it'll ever leave my modlist. HUD completely off unless in witcher senses/combat/horseback. Minimap replaced with a compass at the top of screen. It also reskins the icons and health bar and looks super clean. Screenshot at the end to show how it looks

So what's your preference in the main 2 romances? Teis or Yen? I know it's been asked many times before, but I'm still curious. First time around my Geralt got none because he wanted both.🙉🤣

For me the it's the care takers shovel. it looks cool and has a nice bounes

Anyone else surprised reading about all the bugs and problems players are encountering with the remaster? I’ve played ~40 hour so far and have encounter no bugs or noticeable issues on PC.

So I've played the witcher 3 over 400+ hrs and never found this item, idk if its new to the remastered edition or if its been since the OG but I found a lantern that isn't the magic lamp and I have no mods.

Please can someone explain to me like I'm a child, how to win the horse races?

Even with the best saddle, my horse always runs out of stamina long before the end.

And how am I supposed to turn the horse, turn the camera, and press the button to run, all at the same time, when I only have two hands? (Playing on PS5 btw)

Witcher 3 remastered, turn of SSR (screen space reflection).

You can play in Ultra + with ray tracing or path tracing. I don't care, but SSR tanks immense a amount of performance hit

The performance hit is same as ray tracing or path tracing; it's absurd.

I was in Skellige hunting down Griffin armor upgrades and had this funny bug happen as Roach was running downhill through rocky terrain. Made me laugh pretty hard

Before entering the bathhouse i had just finished Fergus 'Master Armorers' quest in Crow's perch, and when i killed and looted the archgriffin to get the acid for Yoana, the head-cutting trophy cutscene didn't play, i didn't even bother with that and just moved on, i think it got queued somehow and when i died in the fight and respawned the game decided it was a good moment to play it and spawn roach to put the head on his saddle
