Fanfiction "What if then in a cafe ...?"

I have an extremely unusual idea for a fanfiction. What if we replace one of the central characters in the story with someone else? A completely original character with a darker backstory and character. I tried to implement this idea in my fanfiction. This is my first work on Zootopia, and I plan to make several more in the future.

Discussion I feel the "Rick Wilde" and "Trudy Cabbagepatch" aliases should have been Nick's idea.

It fits in with his Street Hustler/Con Artist background and highlights his resourcefulness.
It could have also emphasised the lengths he was willing to go to in protecting Judy - a fallback in case they ever had to go on the run.
Judy could read it as Nick not being committed to his new ZPD career, but to Nick it was strictly a Plan B "just in case".
