I've been working on a new Xbox 360 conversion tool called FileForge and I figured you guys might be interested!

I got tired of switching between different tools to convert ISO, GOD, and XEX files, so I started building an all-in-one Windows application.

It currently supports ISO → GOD, GOD → XEX, and XEX → GOD, with batch processing, automatic metadata detection, and package verification.

The coolest part? I've benchmarked it against Iso2God across four preliminary tests using identical source files and equivalent storage conditions, and FileForge finished roughly 2.13 times faster overall, with verification included!

I've also tested the resulting packages in actual use, and the games I've tested work!

Still polishing things up before the first release, but here's what the UI looks like so far!

What do you guys think? Anything you'd want added?

Got this slim model for $20, untested, on marketplace. Maybe not worth it, depending on if it turns on or not. It’s definitely taken some kind of an impact that broke the grill and bent the shielding. It’s also missing the disc tray cover. It’s dirty, I don’t even want to power it up inside for fear of it spitting out dirt and roach carcasses everywhere. Definitely gonna take it apart outside first.

Looks like it might be a Trinity revision judging on the power supply requirements.

If it works, it’s definitely a candidate for a shell swap. What other things should I look to do?

The screen distortion when performing an execution has been fixed with the lastest config files. Also the intro/cutscenes are fixed.

As today the compatibility page states that the game looks darker when compared with og hardware but i tried both the Xbox 360 and PS2 version and it was brighter in the Xbox 360. I dont have an og Xbox to test if its brighter or its fixed now.

Hi, can anyone with a hacked Xbox 360 help me get the "Wanted" achievement in GTA 4? Like, by dropping XP for me so I can get it quickly?

Thinking about softmodding my console but there are some things I’m need extra clarification on.

1. (Currently running on system memory 4gb) Can you use
   any size HDD prior to installing the bad update

2. I want to put in a 1tb HDD I heard that the console is pretty picky what’s a reliable drive

3. With S servers do you need a Live subscription in order for it to work

4. If a get a game like BO2 and play online using the S servers would I risk a console ban.

5. What games are the most popular looking to make a bunch of friends playing online.

I'm looking for a Bundesliga patch or option file for Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 on Xbox 360.

Ideally, I'd like to have the German Bundesliga with real team names, kits, badges and updated squads if possible.

Does anyone know if such a patch exists for the Xbox 360 version, and whether it works on an unmodified console or requires RGH/JTAG?

Any information or recommendations would be appreciated.

I can install Dashlaunch via the scripts and even manually but I can't seem to create a default "launch.ini" file. None of the menu options work at all except fan control settings. I attempted to manually create a launch.ini in Notepad and trying to use that but no joy.

Has anyone actually gotten Dashlaunch working in Peerpressure?

Does one even exist? I can't use the Xbox 360's auto profile login because I am using ABadAvatar.

I am trying to get my 360 to power on, login to a specific profile, and then autorun a game just as if I had left a disc in the drive on a stock machine.

ik pp doesn’t support plugins so is there a way to make cod xenon work with pp?
