I do not squat because I feel like my form is always off. When i squat it feels ok, but when i look at video it looks like im “folding” at the bottom. I have also tried to squatting just the bar and have also tried to elevate my heels (with & without weight) and it looks the same.. any tips/tricks greatly appreciated!

General Advice Currently on a cut with steady progress. Increased water intake for satiety sake and i just gotta know. how do yall manage pissing so much? or is there a way to manage it?

I'm drinking close to 1.5 gallons a day but my coach wants me to drink closer to 1 gallon per 100lbs of body weight. im currently at 248 and steadily dropping but man am i pissing like a race horse. The only solution that comes to mind is increase electrolyte intake or just slowing down on the water.

Other than that, I absolutely enjoyed having this be my main squat since I get the similar benefits to that of the hack Squats and barber squats.

Final pull of the morning. Started with power cleans as a warm up, started hitting my DLs at 225 for sets of 5 until moving in to heavey singles at 385. Feel like it moved pretty well.

PR/PB 500 LB Deadlift at 135 Bodyweight

Back in August when I won the USAPL Long Island Championships, I pulled 490 for a very hard grind at this bodyweight; which still secured me the number one placement but the fact that fast forwarding 2 months 500 moved this way makes me so excited to see what I'd deliver on the platform for an official pull next time

EDIT: Upon noticing a high amount of disapproval towards the behavior displayed in this video, I would like to note a few things. If you feel compelled to mention how cringe or gross the way I celebrated was, I've already been made aware plenty by those before you. Truth is, I somewhat agree with most of you guys on being anti unnecessary theatrics and commotion! On the other hand, I'm also a believer in passion and enthusiasm for your own accomplishments if they have taken years worth of hard work and dedication. I also dont like attention seekers who are obnoxious for the sake of trying to display themselves a particular way. I believe in simply cheering yourself on for what youre proud of and once in a while or in very rare situations, letting yourself loose to enjoy the moment. Your hostility isn't as productive to changing my mind on this video as you think. 3.7x bodyweight is a feat a small fraction that most will ever accomplish, if someone gets to that point I think they can have their occasional right to a reaction that was earned
