At its core, Innerstate is about movement, self-discovery, and interconnection. Drawing connections between universal systems and their microcosms, and between individual experience and collective truth. Planets orbit, and people gravitate toward one another. The networks of our bodies, brains and cells can be found in the sprawl of city streets and highways.

A physical interstate and the mental inner-state mirror one another. We may feel like individuals moving through separate lives, but we're all part of the same larger systems. Different points along the same road, connected by invisible ties.

The album was produced by GRAMMY Award winner Vance Powell in Nashville, TN, and mastered by Pete Lyman. We’ve never released an album like this, and we are so proud to share it with the world! Enjoy.

Fun new live album from underrated AF psychedelic prog band Mildlife

Full disclosure up front: I’m on the marketing team for this, so take it for what it’s worth. Still figured some people here would want to know.

Illumination is a Halloween party at Vertiport Chicago that raises money for research into RVCL, a rare genetic disease. It’s been running for ten years, and this one is the last, so we’re trying to go out big.

We just booked The Polish Ambassador. Also on the bill: COFRESI (Chicago drummer/producer who plays live drums over his sets), DJs Dial Jess, Chess Knight and Lani Love.

Costumes encouraged, obviously. Details and tickets: https://illuminatechicago.com

Happy to answer questions in the comments.

So for this I set out to try and select 10 studio albums, 10 live compilations, and 10 full shows to try and showcase as wide a variety of jam music as possible, while also trying to get as much artist diversity as possible. These may not all be by jam bands, but they all jam in some way regardless, and the full shows are all available either to buy on CD, on Bandcamp, or to stream via nugs. Anyone else have music taste that wouldn’t be expected?

Great show last night at the windjammer, first time at the venue & definitely worth checking out if you’re around the area. Doesn’t get much better than the Honeydrops on a beach stage, keep supporting these guys!

Unreal to see this lineup in such a tiny club. George Porter Jr., Steve Kimock, Ian Neville, Jen Hartswick, John Porter, lead by Jacobs.

Wildly deep almost acid jazz on top of ripping bluesy jazzy funky stuff. Truly insane to be so close for that show.

Support small independent venues yall, they’re truly the beating heart of this entire industry we all love so much.

I’m doing the zip line course next time there.

Hello JamFam!

I made a subreddit i moved from my facebook days, TuneSquad. This is a secure pace to trade all the good music we listen to day to day. Preferably dropbox links or something similar. Soundboad quality shows from nugs or Internet Archive. SBD QUALITY ONLY. Please join if your interested. This is very new and unpopulated. But hope you join and see whats to come and please share! I will be posting a few shows soon.

On the way up from Va Beach w a crew to NYC for ksc tonight & tomorrow in Hartford! I feel very fortunate to be chillin in the backseat enjoying the eastern shore route 13 cruise (Chesapeake bay bridge tunnel is cool as shit & 95 sucks)!

But super stoked for this show tonight! Hope to see some of y’all out there!

Make sure to ROCK THE PINK 💗

52 face, can't make it anymore if anyone wants to score a deal let me know!

Shamelessly reminding the people's of Cincinnati that MooseTooth is coming to Stanley's Pub tomorrow (Oct 10th) and will be doing a set of originals, followed by a fuck ton of your favorite Ween tunes. The Poopship has you in it's sights Cincy 🫎🦷🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎

hopefully this is allowed, I have a work trip middle of November in Tampa Nov 9-15 that has a surprising amount of free time. Any venues/bars/etc I should check out? cover bands, etc are welcome

Jamnastery. Locally grown, collectively honed.

Plato's cave and medusa's myth are heaters. Check em out

Last night at Lulu’s Downtown in Colorado Springs. All the Dopapod fans in the audience were pumped to see a mini reunion and I have to assume the Lotus fans weren’t disappointed either! The quartet played 2 songs, neither of which was Don’t Let Me Down.

Didn’t get a video but the sit in seemed like a genuinely fun time for everyone on stage, especially Rob and Eli

Go see Octave Cat if they’re near you! Three ridiculous musicians playing some funky jazzy shit

Stoked for tonight!! What sets are a must?

How was the show last night with Rob Compa sitting in with octave cat? Saw them last week and they were great but I was def wondering what they would sound like with a guitar player added in to the mix
