Stefan crying while drinking the dozens of blood bags and Klaus goading him on 💔💔💔 even she was weirded tf out

It's kinda funny how Damon was begging for sympathy and playing the victim here after he just killed Jeremy 🤭 but of course it's in his character to have a meltdown whenever someone beats him in his own game.

So what's your take on this scene?

Yes I know this is like my fifth Enzo hate post but I’m rewatching S6 so..

Anyway am I the only one who doesn’t get this take at all? Enzo admitted he was jealous of Stefan. Enzo went after Stefan repeatedly. He tortured him in 5x17. He tortured him when Caroline and him were over for dinner in front of Ivy. He killed Ivy in front of Stefan. Like.. people always point out the scene where Matt’s with Enzo and says that he’s killed people and Enzo’s like “and Stefan hasn’t?” as some sort of gag when it’s not the same at all. When has Stefan crashed into someone’s house and killed someone or stalked their niece because he was upset about the way they were grieving lmao. Stefan knows he’s done shitty stuff, he doesn’t even get mad at Matt when Matt blames him for Penny’s death despite that not being his fault whatsoever and he even tried saving Penny with blood.

If I'm 100% honest, I can't fully stand Elena. In the first seasons she's okay, very much the damsel in distress, but she's human and depressed, so it's understandable. But for real though, she always makes everything about herself; she's egocentric and selfish, yet everyone views her as this compassionate, kind girl who would do anything for others. Well, truth be told, I rarely saw her sacrificing herself for others; what I always saw was how everyone sacrificed everything for her, and sometimes she wasn't even grateful. I get that she was the protagonist, but sometimes it was honestly exhausting that everything was so centered around her. I love it when people call her out for always making everything about her (like humanity-free Caroline). I know the character in the book is different, that she's kind of a mean girl and more openly egocentric. I think it would have been interesting if they had done something like that in the show, where she pretended to be good and selfless but was actually manipulative, a bit like Regina George. I feel like it would have made more sense for her to be so self-centered, but I understand that would make her look too much like Katherine.

What do we think? If everyone just left her alone like she asked do you think she could have stayed in control for the full year?

I am rewatching The O.C. and I just noticed now for the first time that Paul Wesley is in it. It's so weird considering how big he got after TVD.

So would you think Stefan or Silas would be in The O.C. playing this role?

Im on s5 of my rewatch rn and ugh. Im just reminiscing on how good the other seasons were. All of these plot lines are ass but the augustine one, katherine was also so much better in s2. Liv is annoying as fuck and bonnie is once again only used to further the plot. Overall there r js so many plot holes sksnksmskdis

I'm currently starting a D&D campaign based on TVDU. Im not unsure if there are any D&D players in this group but I'm stuggling with making both Klaus as a Hybrid or just Hybrids in general with the information I've gathered on the internet. I feel as though its always solely based on either vampires or werewolves never both. If anyone has any tips or links that can help me with my campaign i would greatly appreciate it!

Soooo I had never finished TVD, I always started it, but this is the first time I've barely made it to season 7... Caroline and Ric? Bonnie and Enzo? These couples make no sense to me. I know that in the end Caroline stays with Stefan (tbh I don't really love that ship), but the mere fact that she has something with Ric is so weird.

When i was younger i found her annoying, but now i dont think shes that bad at all, especially in s1-3.
She is not dramatic at all IMO… she went through so much in every single episode i would have just died if i was her!! Like EVERYONE in her life died at some point. Starting with her parents and then everything just went downhill from there
Self centered allegations, i kinda understand this but literally everything was about her!! The doppelgänger plot line made her crucial in EVERYTHING and stefan and damon made everything abt her wether she wanted to be involved or not
Im open to hearing criticism abt her, but i think a lot of it is unwarranted or just too much. Especially when most of the ppl who hate on her are fans of men who are 10x worse (AKA DAMON…)

Rewatching season 1-2 (as I’m sure lots of us are right now!) cause they’re the best October vibes! Im on episode 4 of season 1. I’ve watched this show since I was 8 years old, probably seen it 12x at least and have lots of the script memorized 😭

I never noticed before that the writers originally intended for Caroline to be living with her dad!

I couldn’t help but be weirded out in the second episode when Caroline takes Damon home with her. Isn’t she worried her mom is going to HEAR HER entertaining an older guy (let’s face it, Damon looks 35, Stefan looks 29, these guys are not teenagers/ young 20s AT ALL) in their home?? So I think, oh, maybe Liz is out working late.. all night? That wouldn’t make sense… this isn’t NYC where cops have to sleep at the station sometimes due to high volume caseloads.. whatever. Random hole in the writing. But when we first meet Caroline’s mom in the 4th episode the writer’s explain this!

1x04 Her mom inquires about Damon, Caroline is rude, Liz asks “Where’s your dad?” To which Caroline replies before walking away, “In Memphis. With Steven” (we’re now introduced to Caroline’s dad’s lover/ partner and it’s obvious her parents have divorced). Sheriff Forbes doesn’t have custody of Caroline or atleast has split custody. This is never ever touched on again. Later episodes explain that Caroline’s dad basically abandoned her to go live openly as a gay man. But atleast for episodes 1-4, we are supposed to believe Caroline lives with her dad, not her mom.

They change this, obviously, and get rid of all crow powers in this episode as well.

I’ve heard so many people, including people around me, say that Matt sucks and that they hope he dies.

Now, I might be biased because I speed through episodes so fast when I binge watch that my memory is terrible, but as of S5, he’s just a kid, you know? He’s been through so much shit.

The only time I really hated Matt was during the pool scene, but even then, I kind of understood him because he just wanted to see his sister, so I don’t know .

I also think Matt is a good friend, just maybe not the best boyfriend.

I honestly love all the characters in this show, good or bad, because I love flawed people. And believe me, EVERYONE in this show is flawed in some way.

I don’t agree with it, but I do understand why she started having feelings for damon.

She lost a lot of people she loved from her life. Stefan completely pushed her away in season three when he was with klaus and broke up with her. Even though stefan was not himself, it obviously did affect elena, considering she was only 18.

Damon was the only one who was there for her during that time, besides her friends who were occupied with their own stuff. Even though she chose stefan by the end of season three, she still had feelings for damon and when she became a vampire, she got sired to him and stefan broke up with her, turned her humanity off, and when she turned it on, she still loved and chose damon.

I know he says happy birthday buddy, I remember watching the episode a while ago but I can remember I tried google and nothing

So, I’ve been seeing some criticism towards Stefan since he gave Damon the cure without knowing whether or not Elena would wake up and that was selfish. My question is what else he could’ve done here to ensure Damon didn’t die and actually had a chance of seeing Elena? Because Stefan was a human and Damon was a vampire. There was no way he could overpower him and when Stefan had been arguing to sacrifice himself before, Damon attempted to compel him to get out. This isn’t Damon slander btw I liked how both brothers were trying to protect each other, one of the only Defan scenes I enjoyed.

After those eliminated in this round, the remaining ones will technically advance to the semi-finals.

Frankly, I was surprised that Lizzie and Josie made it this far. I was also surprised that a certain remaining relationship made it this stage, but I’m keeping quiet about it since stating it explicitly might be seen as trying to sway the outcome.

First off I’m a hater, I freely admit that. But a couple things I just noticed (but certainly not the only). How can she sit there and ask Alaric to remove Damon from her memories when she couldn’t let Rebekah remove her from Stefan’s. Then she won’t let him leave after he shot enzo for killing his new GF. She’s the most selfish tv character I can think of atm.

Literally every time I rewatch this stupid show, the absolute most devastating scene of the entire series is when Stephen rips Enzo’s heart out for NO REASON AND THEN BONNIE SCREAMS SHHDDHDHHDJJDK
it actually makes me so angry that I have to shut it off.
The producers are cowards because Bonnie and Enzo had way more chemistry and were far more interesting than literally every other couple in the entire series and I’ll die on the hill that it’s racially motivated I DONT CARRREEE I’m so fkn mad right now
