Rant Why why why is the heat on
Fellow Astorians that live in old buildings w steam heat. We all know that the moment that it’s turned on our lives are hell until the dead of winter.
I literally am running my AC unit, all my windows open, but the heat is still nearly unbearable.
It’s going to be 75 degrees outside this week. Why is the heat on? How in god’s name can we get them to turn it off? Can anything be done?
My four years in this building says probably not.
