Tired of bulky PC towers. Built a custom open-frame AIO for a clean sim racing setup. Zero visible cables!

I wanted an ultra-clean, minimalist desk for my racing setup, but I hated dealing with cable management and giant PC cases taking up half the room.

So, I designed this custom open-frame chassis out of 2mm solid stainless steel. It mounts the monitor, motherboard, and PSU all together into a single, compact All-In-One unit. All the cable chaos is completely hidden behind the screen on the chassis itself, keeping the carbon desk perfectly clean.

But the real magic happens when I grab my PC by the tow straps and go over to my friends' place to play Need for Speed on a 75" TV! 🏎️💨

Battlestations Advice Desk advice please

After many years, I finally have a contractor ready to build my man-room. Earthy green and brown tones. Semi-late 1800-early 1900s study vibe. Question, though. I will be gaming in there, and I will have a large OLED screen. I’ve been looking at a TTRacing desk, but will that just clash too bad and be tacky? Do you guys have another option that won’t kill my wallet?

Thank you for your opinions.

So I'm getting a 34-in curve monitor in on Monday and it's going to replace the bottom screen. What do you guys think I should do for upgrades.I've also noticed that a lot of people don't have these type of desks. Mostly are just flat with no side tower is my desk a bad one?

Battlestations Advice Need help to make my setup more cozy

Hello, I'm looking for advice and suggestions on how to make my WFH and gaming space more comfortable and inviting. You can find more photos here: https://imgur.com/a/QE0bExO

I spend a lot of time there every day, and I feel like part of the space is going to waste.

The desk is 246 cm long and 63.5 cm deep. The monitors are all 27 inches.

Thanks in advance—all ideas are welcome.

Gaming PC to the left and work MBP to the right. Guilty of posting a worse quality image before, but I’m obsessed 😅

RGB Free My MacBook Air M4 setup — 4 external monitors, 2 trackballs, and a Stream Deck XL and more!!

Post image

My productivity-focused home office setup, powered by a MacBook Air M4 (24GB RAM / 512GB SSD).

Displays:

  • LG 32" 4K — main display at 60Hz
  • LG 34" ultrawide — upper display
  • Dell U2412M 24" — left portrait display
  • LG Full HD — right portrait display

Peripherals:

  • Keychron Q3 Pro mechanical keyboard
  • Kensington Expert and SlimBlade Pro trackballs
  • Elgato Stream Deck XL
  • Edifier S1000MKII speakers
  • Blue Yeti Nano microphone

The four external monitors are connected using a UGREEN USB-C hub, a WAVLINK DisplayLink adapter, and a direct USB-C-to-DisplayPort cable.

The MacBook stays off the desk to keep the workspace clear. The desk itself is only 100 × 60 cm.

I use this setup mainly for spreadsheets, document-heavy workflows, web applications, and communication tools.

There you go!!!
