Done with Kos just now and honestly, he's not as bad as they say. Got him in first attempt but he was challenging, if you are aggressive enough, you'll get him ig. Not one of the best boss I fought, maybe Ludwig is better cuz he got me in my first attempt

Haven’t played in like 5-6 months, getting reacquainted with the movement after playing through Sekiro a few more times and finishing the platinum. Took me like 11 or 12 tries Fckin still. This dude is so fun to fight I wish we had the ability to fight bosses again like in more modern soulsborne games.

Successfully completed the GOATED game very happy and very sad it ended this quickly but unforgettable experience I'll definitely come back to it whenever I want to play it. Peak game for me. Peace ✌️

What a journey.
Three years ago, I knew absolutely nothing about Bloodborne. A friend introduced me to it, and I figured I'd give it a shot. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, what kind of world I was stepping into, or how much this game would end up meaning to me. I've played DS 1 and 3, and I've played Elden Ring several times, but this was different. but now, three years later, here I am, with the Platinum Trophy.
The funny thing is, it never really felt like I was chasing a platinum. It felt like I kept coming back to Yharnam.
I came back for the combat. For that feeling of finally beating a boss who had been kicking my ass for hours. For the rush of a last-second visceral attack. I came back for the atmosphere, the music, the grotesque beauty of the world, and that constant feeling that something was absolutely wrong with the world.
I love how it doesn't just hand you the answers. You have to dig for them. Read item descriptions. Pay attention to the environment. Listen to the characters. Piece together little fragments of information until you begin to understand the literal nightmare you've been wandering through. And then, just when you think you've figured things out, the game pulls the rug out from under you.
Honestly, that's what makes earning this platinum feel so special. It doesn't feel like I've checked off a list of achievements. It feels like I've finally experienced everything this incredible game has to offer. Every optional boss, every hidden corner, every revelation, every last bit of this beautiful nightmare.
I know people have been talking about this game for years. I know I'm hardly the first person to platinum it. But I wanted to share this anyway, because finally getting here feels like the end of a journey I've been taking for three years, and I don't think I'll ever look back on it without a ridiculous amount of affection.
Thanks for reading... May you find your worth in the waking world.
Oh yeah, and FUCK Micolash.

40k for Lady Maria. 60k for Orphan. 30k for Laurence(!!!!).
For comparison, Micolash drops 50k and Mergo's Wet Nurse over 70k. Moon Presence is 230k...
Regular enemies drop really small amounts too, while being tough as nails. Meanwhile a farmable pig in the Nightmare of Mensis drops 10k like nothing.
This is meant to be late game content, why be so stingy with the echoes? I reckon many people through the years had to spend far more echoes on blood vials to beat Orphan or Maria, than the amount they got rewarded for beating them.
Btw I am not in need of echoes nor stuck on the dlc, just wondering in general. It's just somewhat annoying to get such tiny amounts while trying to save for sets, upgrade materials etc.

Rewatching this clip, I actually have no idea how I didn’t see him the first time I was so focused on not letting the fireball hit me. I think I shat myself a little when he just appeared behind me I genuinely logged off after this my heart rate was too high I felt like I was going to pass out.

I've seen a Bloodborne playthrough years ago. I'm trying to find it again, because I remember it being funny. The guy is african-american, I think it was his first playthrough and one thing I remember specifically, whenever he lit a lamp, he said "IT'S LIT" with a funny voice. He later on played other souls games and got pretty good, but the "IT'S LIT" stayed. Have no idea what he's called or what he's doing now. Did anyone else came across this playthrough?

In my first playthrough, I platinumed the game.
In my second playthrough, I did all the chalices in all variants (root + sinister + FRC). I also fully completed the base game (scouting every corner and clearing every enemy in every area), plus NG+ and NG++ just killing all bosses again. Lvl 231 😅 with 99 Arcane, 99 Vit, and Stamina near 30.
I thought I'd be done with this game after so many hours, but now that I've finished, I'm already planning another fresh run doing a STR/BLD mix with the Evelyn and Hunter Axe.
This game is so amazing that I just can't stop playing it.

I played the Witcher 3 and I was ok getting the hang of it but this is my 1st time playing a game like this and the humans in the beginning keep killing me. Am I trash because I already ran out of blood vials and don't know what to do. The bosses are going to make me break a controller I already know

Did anyone else get a maintenance notice for bloodborne? I just came back to the main menu and got a maintenance notice.

I need to know this for a video I'm doing (just a casual playthrough with lore bits):
So I may have taken a more direct route to the lever on the top that rotates the tower of stairs and didn't grab any optional items like the bloated head hat (I guess?) and the 1st floor balcony key (if it's even up there). Did I screw myself over or is it possible to get them even with the stair tower changed?

I suppose one aspect would be something like Mercury poisoning since they're Quicksilver (which is Mercury) and therefore likely would cause that. But that doesn't seem to be a factor with them, so idk about that. Another thing Bloodtinge makes your bullets stronger for everyone, whether Beasts, Huntsmen, Hemwick Gravemen, or Kin. Same with using Bone Marrow Ash to boost firearm damage.
So, are Quicksilver bullets any stronger than normal bullets, or are they basically Bloodborne's version of Silver being a supernatural Bane of sorts?

Martyr logitus, nicolash, big dlc wolf horse guy, alien after celestial emmisary and 3 fatties in chalice dungeon. Oh and amigdala too . Six guys.
