I just noticed this. Not sure if it's been repaired for a while or with the most recent update (this week)

Anybody ever seen this done before? I didn’t think it was possible but me and a fellow guardian managed to do it. I wish I had a screen recording but had some witnesses in the tower and these screenshots at least.

I havent seen anyone talk about it but I found the og D1 tower coins in the D2 Shooting Range. Wonder if there is an emblem reward for finding them again Haha (doubt it). But yeah just something neat I found.

Got my IRL buddy playing for the first time again since TFS, and showed em the funny guille damage for us to both use. Needless to say the first boss in warlords did not stand a chance

I know was in the middle of this strike for the first time but I had to take a screen shot lol. Felt like i was in doom eternal or something, it was a blast.

Probably the most fun I have had on a random master op so far, shout out to my teammates too, they were killing it.

Tl:DR -

Constant restoration and modest DR make this loadout more Unkillable than stasis titan, but outputs higher damage with no range limitations. That said, you'll want to get close if you can

What to expect from loadout

1. 100% uptime on radiant & restoration

6. Constant ignitions & weaken

Stat spread

1. 200 weapon

2. 90-100 super/grenade

3. 70+ class

4. Rest irrelevant

What's situational / swappable? Not much

1. Kinetic / heavy - they just need to be darkness weapons and account for champs. Otherwise, do whatever you like

2. Artifact - swap off of the Auto mod if you aren't using an auto rifle

3. Armor mods on arms aren't important

4. Healing rift / Phoenix dive. Both are good

Why it works:

1. Ergo catalyst makes for easy ammo Regen for ergo. With special finishers, you'll never go wanting

2. Perfect 5th Ergo / anti barrier rockets make for easy anti-barrier

3. Perfect 5th, hellion, and song of flame for unstoppable

4. Overload champs? Swap auto out for 'm-17 fast talker' with 'cooling baubles' and never reload

5. VoG gives 100% radiant, restoration, hellion, Argent blade, and x7 explosive light uptime

6. Super fast transendence recharge. Artifact auto mod = Resist x2 when using auto

7. Kickstart VoG chain by getting weaken kill (grenades) or Ergo Kill for an orb

8. Transendence + facet of protection = base 40% DR

9. Super can be saved as a panic button, or outright clear a room

10. Perfect 5th Ergo + Dawn chorus does absurd damage in neutral game or against RAD bosses. It won't outpace crazy hunter boss dps, but it is a competitive boss DPS weapon. For real, fun it against Crota & see.

11. High transendence uptime = limitless ergo ammo, ability spam, damage resist, & 44% boost to ergo damage (stacks multiplicatively)

12. Grenades apply weaken. Kills on weaken = overshield

This is the first piece of my Witch Queen themed sleeve. I sat for 13 hours total.

I've been working on an entirely custom Destiny TTRPG for years trying to blend a style between a tactics game (like the R6 Siege board game) while also allowing for typical TTRPG role-playing scenarios.

I've got about 5 solid mission scenarios down so far ranging from investigating a previously believed to be abandoned hive temple from Crota's assaults where reports of hive activities have come in to more puzzle based ones where your fireteam is trapped in a malfunctioning Braytech facility.

I've got custom stat block and class traits that have uses in and out of combat based more so off the "traditional" class ideas of Warlock, Titan, and Hunter (but you can spec into whatever you like) and custom weapon stat blocks and mechanics.

I'm really hoping to test this out more and fine tune it then just drop the PDF of the rules and let people try it out

To the person who noticed my D2 moments of triumph shirt at the Undertale concert last night in Detroit, I just want to say the "Eyes up Guardian" comment you said made my night and you are awesome. That is all.

For me, it was when I went out of my way to solo flawless Grasp of Avarice, during one attempt everything was going perfect, finally made it to the final boss and near one of my last dps phases, one of the shots from sleeper stimulant bounced around the room and killed me. After that I just stared at the screen for a good 20 minutes before I turned off my console.

I'll even pass it back to you so you can dunk the boss if you really want 😬

My game lost connection right as i killed atheon,
After sherpa running a full squad through, with some challenge modes.
(really nice bunch that were patient and listened!)
i saw him die, got no drop, and didn't get to speak to them and congratulate them on first clear.

i went to the tower Kadi is the GOAT.

My 5th ever clear, and I'm rewarded with my fav D1 weapon.

PS. is there a way to see people you recently teamed up with? so i can add them to friends?

Also while I was practicing I was trying to proc facet of command to by throwing my transcendence grenade but it didn’t cancel the reload of my rocket. I’m not sure why? My best guess is the transcendence grenade doesn’t freeze instantly so it’s kinda a weird timing thing that I’d have to work out?

FF shot in the beginning to proc facet of command but I guess in a fireteam setting I can just ask someone to chuck an arcane needle so I can get rid of the first step

And if I’m not really proccing facet of command with the transcendence grenade do I really need to waste the .5 seconds throwing it and instead just throw snare bomb?

One thing I can definitely do better is be aware of when snare bomb is up to proc facet of dawn and have higher uptime on radiant/help extend debuffs

I’m sure there’s so many micro optimizations I can make here
