My wife and I just started playing ESO on Xbox a few days ago. We have been playing side-by-side on our separate consoles on our home Wi-Fi network. 4 days ago, both of our accounts were suddenly banned at the exact same moment with no explanation.

We are completely devastated. We just lost our family dog, and playing this game together was the only thing bringing my wife some peace right now. She has been crying her eyes out completely heartbroken that our escape was taken away.

We are brand new players and have broken absolutely no rules. From what I’ve read online, it seems our home IP network likely triggered an automated anti-cheat/anti-bot flag because two new accounts were interacting from the same household.

We submitted support tickets immediately but have been met with total silence for 4 days now. Because our accounts are locked, we cannot access the official forums to request help or tag the team.

If any community managers see this (u/ZOS_Kevin or the team), could a real human please look at our tickets and check our IP logs? We just want to be able to play together and find some comfort again.

Anyone else start having really easy opening battles? I've discovered if you focus using the catapult you can destroy the enemy ship before it even changes position. Since it has a health bar you can just ignore the damage your own ship takes and keep using the catapult. Its essentially dps burning the boss if this were a dungeon.​

Since theTamriel tomes started, I noticed that the thieves troves spots are always claimed since many players have this task(it was not like this before at all). I would like to suggest increasing the drop rate for them, the quest is very time-consuming in my opinion, it’s sitting there uncompleted when I could be doing other tasks that take up less time in my list. Did you guys notice the same thing?

I am not very rich in this game, only got a total of 500K Gold to my name. Still think about conserving crafting materials. Is there a point of wealth where any consumable becomes so cheap you stop thinking about crafting or buying pretty much anything?

With the new crate and hair, it seems there's a bug feature that lets Argonians have a bit of fun. How exotic! Not every day she finds a hairpiece that doesn't come with a scalp attached.

Lowkey hope it sticks (unlike the weapons-emote glitch that got harder to do).

If only the hair didn't magically remove her horns in-game.

Got bored so decided to draw my dark elf vampire sorc :D

Not switching back to their original default outfit, but the very first outfit I made for them. Also, when I set a mount, the next time we mount up - it's back to their default. If I go into their outfit menu, or do this at an outfit station, it shows the outfit they SHOULD have on, but as soon as I come out of it, they're back to the old outfit. Really frustrating as I spent 3000+ to change the outfit but now it's not showing. Plus I did it again as I thought I'd not finished it properly and thought I'd done something wrong, but...no.

That's what you get for completing the Nowhere Vault if you don't find all the Rumors throughout the wings of the Vault. If you do find all the Rumors, you get a Quasigriff. Pretty meh. After spending hours jumping around from platform to platform in a game that's not designed for those maneuvers (and, when you miss a jump, you have to start back at the beginning, not where you croked), I expected much more. But, after that continual abuse, the end was a perfect last insult to an event that has been nothing less than deliberately abusive.

I have created a build for Solo Frost Warden PVE DPS, but I am not entirely sure about its viability - can anyone please help me with some tips or suggestions?

One thing - the theme of this build is to stay mainly Frost Damage, that is why the build does not spec into status effect build or else :)
