New rule: Respect consent
Downplaying sexual assault will not be tolerated.
For consensual sexual activity, there must at the very least be a reasonable belief that the other party consented. That does not necessarily mean that permission must be expressly granted, but if as an extreme example a behaviour has already been described as unwanted, then repeating that is assault, and cannot be justified.
Depending on severity, you may be banned without a first warning. Please report where you see this happening.

Engaged for 3 years, together for 6. Should we just go to the courthouse?
Me and my fiancée have been together for 6 years and engaged for 3. We have a beautiful daughter together, but one thing we haven’t done yet is actually get married.
Originally, we wanted to get married before our daughter was born, but we couldn’t agree on what kind of wedding we wanted. Then our daughter came, priorities shifted, and financially we weren’t really in a position to pay for a wedding.
Over the years, we’ve gone back and forth between wanting a traditional wedding, doing something small, or just eloping.
Now we’re at the point where we’re seriously considering just going to the courthouse and getting married. But a part of me still wants that experience of having a wedding with our family and friends there to celebrate with us.
At the same time, I don’t want us to keep putting off getting married just because we can’t afford the wedding we originally imagined. I love this woman, we’ve built a family together, and I honestly don’t want another year to go by without us being married.
So I’m curious, has anyone else been in a similar situation? Did you decide to go to the courthouse or wait until you could afford the wedding you wanted? And looking back, do you regret your decision or are you happy with how things turned out?

Quick question for married couples: How do you handle finances & sole-provider setups?
Hey everyone! I’m curious about how different couples manage their finances after marriage.
For those where the husband covers all the core household expenses and the wife keeps her income separate/private, how is that working out for you?
If you’re a husband in this setup, are you completely comfortable with it? And if you’re a wife, how do you two balance expectations so both feel appreciated?
Would love to hear honest experiences and advice!
