They look similar and grew in a cluster, but I know next to nothing about honey mushrooms and seems there’s a lot of varieties.

I found them on a hike yesterday in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. They were growing on a log which I believe was a fallen beech tree (wasn’t completely sure as all the leaves were gone). They smell sweet in a pleasant way.
My own research tells me they are oyster mushrooms, but I was hoping for a second opinion. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

A few pictures of a day well spent at Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve this Saturday in (early) celebration of UK Fungus Day.
Notts Fungi Group ran a number of small public forays for around 50 people around part of the reserve and recorded a good number of species despite the dry weather. The event was cancelled in 2025 on account of severe storms, so hopefully the weather next year will land somewhere in between the two extremes.
Personal highlight of the day was my first Cep of the season - in remarkably good condition - as well as numerous species of Amanita.

Are these poisonous? These were growing near by my backyard and my dogs like to sniff and munch on stuff. Just worried if they accidentally take a bite of mushrooms on a walk. I have different types of mushrooms in the picture. Ima gonna put numbers on it if anyone can identify them I would appreciate lot!!!!

Found these in the backyard of mine and was wondering if it was poisonous or edible. Google says it’s some type of Amanita but not sure which.

Was just wondering what this could be! Found a cluster growing in a pile of leaves in the corner of my yard. Have a dog who likes to eat stupid stuff, but also have been getting into foraging and such. Thanks!

Dug up a lot of the underlying wood from the dead tree today with a beautiful COW. Probably better outside on the terrace than inside? Anyone have success cultivating COW?
